Property was ideal for families with good all round facilities including a lovely small water park which is all that is needed. We were just B&B as this suited us, food was great and staff always very helpful. The rooms were cleaned each day to a very good standard, all in all a very good value hotel in a perfect location very near to a beautiful beach

I chose this family/spa hotel as I am a solo traveller (female) and was looking for a relaxing stay where I would feel safe and that is exactly what I got. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The whole hotel was very clean. The entertainment, particilarly on the Friday night that I arrived, were very talented musicians! I liked that the use of the spa facilities are included for free (except massage). The beautiful beach area is a 3 minute walk away with many sunbeds and umbrellas available to rent for the day, or you can lay anywhere else free of charge. There is also a restaurant right on the beach. I would definitely return and highly recommend!

I have stayed here a number of times as a sinlgle cyclist and am always made to feel welcome by staff and other customers. I always feel at home as soon as i step through the door. The food is always excellent with so much variety that it would be nigh on impossible for anyone to find something they didn't like. For me , i love the fact that there is safe and secure storage for mybike at the hotel.

Kids club
It was a good stay. The kids club is a great perk. My only concern is my 6 year old watched squid games while she was there and one of the teachers told her the hotel was haunted because someone killed themselves by jumping. My daughter was thrilled to hear about it so it isn’t a big deal but some kids might not be able to handle that. Breakfast was pretty diverse. We didn’t do the all inclusive.

The dining was great (H/B) plenty of options for all. Pool area good, plenty of seating and clean. Beach 3 mins walk from hotel Hotel staff were very helpful and arranged early entry to room at no cost! Ideal for families.

Wonderful family hotel
Lovely hotel that has everything you need for a family break. The staff are amazing!! Kids club was great and the food is brilliant. You can tell everyone really cares. As well as good food the all inclusive covers great local drinks too. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach (great spot!) or buses to other parts of the island. One complaint/issue. Pillows are awful! Ended up using cushions to get decent sleep. We had a junior suite and views were terrific. Would definitely recommend for a family hotel.

Cons: Air con was poor in the room, Lifts at peak times not sufficient and Doors would not open sometimes on ground floor, Gym needs more heavier free weights and some adjustable benches. My daughter and I have stayed here on 8 occasions and it is always consistent. My only negative feedback on this occasion are beds - so hard / uncomfortable, and the pillows awful (long and thin) rather than the more traditional large rectangle. A good nights sleep is key to a rejuvenating relaxing break and would place as the number one factor if we were to return. Upon returning to the UK we stayed at the Premier Inn and slept beautifully - best sleep in a week.

Very accommodating staff- especially when my flight was late arriving. Good plentiful and room always clean. Pro cycling cafe across the road did great coffee and I made some good friends along the way 👍

I stayed in RM107 on the ground floor, just past reception down a corridor that was covered by CCTV, this made me more than happy to leave my very expensive bike in my room. The room was huge, around 5.5m x 3.5m excluding the bathroom, with twin beds and a sofa bed, and proper wardrobes. There was no balcony, due to it being a ground floor room, and there was a little noise at night from Palms Bar, just over the road, but nothing a set of earplugs didn't sort out. The breakfast was great, there was a continental cold buffet, a warm English-style cooked breakfast, plenty of fruit, yoghurt, and bread. Despite this being "off season" the hotel seemed quite full (mainly with cyclists such as myself). I only stayed B&B so can't comment on anything All-Inclusive. I would definitely stay here again, the price and service was great.

Stayed here happily many times over the past 24 years - the 'all inclusive' option has spoilt it, and the compulsory coloured wristband system is not acceptable. The food is now very mediocre and was mostly tepid, never hot! The pool area often had dirty crockery strewn around, and again, the 'all inclusive' package has spoilt this pool bar. The staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel, and the cleanliness of the rooms was good - towels are small and toiletries very limited. Would be an improvement to get rid of the heavy blankets and replace with duvets. Would think twice about a return visit to this hotel.

We loved how centre the hotel was to everything on foot. Very clean and the staff were fantastic and very friendly plus great view of the sea and poolside which we asked for. Lovely hotel the food is nice as far as hotel food goes plenty of choice. Since the renovations this hotel is so much better. The room was great nice and clean plenty of hangers. The only thing I would say needs improving is the shower pressure but the rest is spot on. The spa area is great

The room was very old fashioned and small for 3 people. The reception area and restaurant was more modern. The food was good mostly. Good entertainment in the day and evening. The pool was over crowded each day. Short walk to a lovely beach and not to far to the main port area.

we have a 4 year old so the pool area was lovely howevrr the rooms had a weird long layout and the food not that great at all. a lot of the vegetables and fruit were tinned not fresh i wouldnt go there again def nlt up to a 4 star standard

Stayed at property now 4 years in a row, the improvements that have been made are great however staff are stretched to capacity. Buffet lunch/ dinner standards / choices dropped since last year ie there was usually a pasta chef cooking fresh pasta which isn't done also no biscuits& cheeses, cold meats for salads at lunch.balconcy also never got brushed the full week we were there other than this we had a great time and still would return.

Not a 4* more like a 2*! Bad customer service too!
The hotel didn’t have a good welcome never explained anything upon arrival just gave us keys and didn’t explain about the facilities deposit and payment for safe or the half board option! Once we went to our room it smelt awful like there was a sewage problem I called them and they asked someone to come into the room from housekeeping that just put some disinfectant in the bathroom and left! The smell did not go and eventually they moved us the next day to a smaller room! The rooms were not cleaned daily the floor still had sand and hair so we knew that they didn’t clean it! The dinner options were poor so even though we were half board we didn’t eat dinner apart from first night! The pool beds are taken at 6.30am so we went to the beach instead! It’s location is on the quieter side but the beach nearby is nice

All of our staff is there to provide you with a customer service experience unlike any other. The experience that you have shared in your review about the misinformation during the check in falls far below the standards that we have set for our staff to follow. We sincerely thank you for bringing this to our attention. We regret the experience with the room, we were trying to help moving to another of the same category. Our procedure is cleaning the rooms daily and housekeeping team works hard to accomplish. It is true that we change sheets and towels every three days due to our environmental program, and if the guest prefers to change daily, we obviously follow the request. We are sorry that you did not like the restaurant, we know is really difficult to please all the guests with gastronomy options. We change the menu every day and use local and international products to change the routine of the buffet. It has been made in order to satisfy the requests of our guests. We take good note of your comments in order to take measures and the appropriate actions to improve the services we offer. It will be a pleasure if you could give us another opportunity in a future. Put in ground floor room 108 with poor outlook adjacent to service road with noise from deliveries and dustbins. Towels placed by guests early in morning all day unable to get sunbeds. Will request better room if we return to the hotel

Dear guest, We are really sorry that you did not liked your room. As I can see on the reservation it was made in a PromoRoom, and room 108 is exactly this type of room. Our hotel policy does not allow to book sunbeds, we try to do our best with this, but it also depends on the other guests. We regret if it bothered your stay here, we are trying to improve this situation. We will be grateful if you decide to give us another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment.
