HORRIBLY uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, and inedible breakfast. The facilities in general were worn out and in need of attention/updates. The beach access was excellent and proximity to shops and restaurants was very convenient.

No irons at all had to go out with wrinkled clothes. My keys didn’t work and had to go to front desk three times before they worked. Condition of hotel was very dated and worn.

We were disappointed with our stay. The beach and views are beautiful. The rooms were clean. However, we had a broken air conditioner, a safe that did not work, and we had to go to the desk several times to get our room keys working. The area around the hotel is not very nice.

This a clear 3 star hotel, that lies to be a 4 star , dirty … in the hallways reception area , towels and bed sheets, unacceptable!!! Locations is a walking distance to the beach, …but nothing else… look. Like a very low class Student hostel

Good Place to stay right on the beach
Hotel was in a good area and nice view of the beach. Was quiet at night. Walls are thin so will hear people slamming doors in the hall. Hotel was decent at clean could've been better sweeping the floor had a lot of hair around. Hotel was good to stay at overall. Good check-in and staff was helpful.

Would stay again just for the sea-view!
Our stay at The Be Live Experience Hotel was good. Staff were helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, we did book a larger room which also had the larger balcony and fabulous sea-view which I would highly recommend doing. There is no door to the shower/bathroom but it is around a corner so you are not totally on view. There is a sliding door to the toilet for privacy. Unfortunately, although it states the rooms have satellite TV, there is only one English speaking channel and that is SKY News. Also the room did not have a Nespresso machine as advertised on all the photo's, but we were pleased to see a kettle and were given a large bottle of water daily as well as teas and coffee sachets, maybe take your own if you are big coffee/tea drinkers as the receptionist did not want to replenish ours and said we would be charged extra when the maid had missed us out one day. The fridge in the room was a bonus. Drinks in the hotel bar are expensive and the bar area is dull and uninteresting to sit in, no atmosphere. The pool is lovely and being right next to the beach you have the best of both worlds. All in all, a fabulous location with amazing sea-views, in an area with good bars and restaurants very close by. We did not sample any food at the hotel so cannot comment. Also the VIP lounge which was advertised as part of our room price was not open for the duration of our stay.

Arrived in the early hours!Got off to a terrible start .. ,, I had to change rooms 3 times , for reasons I won’t go into Third time lucky.. remained in this room & everything was good! WiFi Beas very good & a good location, everything on your doorstep.. responsibly quiet at night for sleeping 😴

Super hotel
Really nice hotel and spot on in terms of location as literally on the beach. I got upgraded but couldn’t give it 5/5 as main problem was outside noise which is not the fault of the hotel but due to unofficial parties on the beach in the middle of the night. Staff were super as was breakfast. Tricky one - if to come back for me as it wasn’t a hotel issue and just depends if you are unfortunate to have people partying outside on the nights you’re there.

The property was beautiful, lovely view, lovely area, next to the beach, pool, comfy beds, balcony, everything was lovely, the wait staff were lovely, the cleaning ladies were lovely, the food was nice, the drinks were good. All of this was very nice, however the reception staff, not all but some, were very rude. I was asking for help with a situation with my air conditioning not working, someone went but the do not disturb was on, my fault, however when I came back later it still wasn’t on so I asked for assistance. I was then talked over, the lady assisting me would stop mid conversation and help someone else and then come back. This happened frequently through this encounter and not even acknowledge that she was doing it or say be right back. I found this to be very rude. I wouldn’t come back on that alone.

Stayed at this hotel before on few occasions so didn’t hesitate to book again - this time in July. Room as expected, all working, clean and in good condition. I only have 2 issues to mention: hotel is advertised as Adults Only but that wasn’t the case - there were adults with young children at the hotel and the pool area. Also, guest “reserving” sun loungers by leaving towels early in the morning and not returning for hours. I didn’t notice these 2 things happening at this hotel before, and that made my experience at the hotel less enjoyable than during the previous visits.

It’s a great location! Service could be better, food sometimes is great sometimes is not. Buffet is complete and you will have several tables and options. Hotel is super clean and the view is amazing! I recommended it but more for couples.

We stayed for 3 days which was enough. The location of the beach and our room overlooking it was the best feature. The reception could do with more staff and the hotel could do with an update. The room was very basic and it was identified as superior which it was not. The bed was very low down, a very small single wardrobe, hate to think we were staying 2 weeks, no drawer space or bedside drawers, the safe was inside the tiny wardrobe cupboard on the floor. It was not easy to park. We expected better to be honest. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower, best feature of the room. Tea and coffee which was nice. We had breakfast and evening meal which was fine, no issues with the food. There were coffee cups on the table at night so my husband went to get a coffee from the machine to be told you have to pay for it. His answer was well why teacups on everyone’s table? They could not answer it. It’s just little things. Would we stay there again, no is the answer.

Where can i start ? There is so much wrong with this hotel. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty walls and doors and beds looked as if they had already been slept in, lamps skewed and some not working. Food in the restaurant was cold and of poor quality not much choice. Property not maintained and external areas not cleaned, sand in the pool for days. When we complained we were eventually given another room which was slightly better and had a lovely view but still poor standard. Eventually given an upgrade to a superior room, only difference was it had a kettle, bathroom was smaller and shower leaked all over the floor, holes in towel, bins not emptied and half tge socjets did nit work. We used the a la carte Masai restaurant at the sister hotel for a special occasion, food was inedible and staff downright rude. I ordered veal and was given a piece of tough steak and oven chips for 17 euros and the sea bass was just cut in half and served with 4 slices of potato at 20 euros each, certainly not what i expected and the seats in the outdoor area were dirty and covered in bird muck. How these hotels obtained a 4star rating I fail to understand, the area they are in is also awful. The best thing about there were the local bars and the beach, oh and the exit !!

The website photos promise a Sports Bar, Bakery, Burger facility all of which are shut down. Also offers Masai restaurant at extra charge. We were not allowed to pay extra to use the restaurant (we had half board) so effectively they are advertising a restaurant that is in the next hotel. No connection to our stay. So of the website photos only a couple actually applied. The staff were not friendly. Rooms were small with one small wardrobe , no other drawer space. The wardrobe had screws out of it. The only plus side of this hotel was the sea view.

It’s a good hotel overall and in a nice location next to a great beach. Property is nice bit a little worn out. What’s bad is the noise coming from corridors, the street and other balconies. You can hear every conversation outside of the room, people singing karaoke etc. Breakfast is ok for everyone, but not excellent in my opinion. Overall pleasant stay and recommended for casual travellers

Excellent hotel next to the beach , staff were extremely friendly and helpful would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel

Nice hotel close to the beach Not far from Palma
Overall everything was satisfactory. I would suggest the receptionists to provide more information about the Hotel, charges etc when you check-in rather than giving you an envelope only.
