Hotel is amazing
I have had the most amazing holiday ever :-) This place is paradise! Staff is so friendly, food is incredibly delicious and fresh, room was amazing and clean. Location is spot on, 2 min walk to the beach. Ambience in the hotel is amazing and relaxing, gym, pool, I enjoyed every single bit. Tip, travel alone if you can, less stress and you get to enjoy yourself :-)

Mediocre hotel stay
I would rate this place 5/10 due to below reasons. Pros: - good quality facilities - generally nice staff - okay food with relatively good variety - entertainment and event efforts by the hotel Cons: - bottom line you feel.like an upsell $ sign, not a guest - no kettle or coffee machine - you have to pay to use the room's safe - ordered food, waited over an hour, they forgot to tell the kitchen, didn't even get an apology - room water has bad salty taste - have to pay for towels for pool Relatively to the price we paid, I wouldn't recommend this place, but does look nice for families

Friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean and what looked like new refurbished rooms. Great hotel & resort, will visit again - I would highly recommend it. One issue – the sunbeds … selfish guests taking them as early as 8am and not using them until the afternoon. However, the staff did leave notices in the bar area asking guests not to do this.

Very rude staff
I arrived I had gold executives deal which was chance of room upgrade , late check out and a bottle of sparkling wine, didn’t receive nothing on check in , and usually wine is in my room , none there so asked reception they had no idea showed them the e mail , the manager came and she had no idea about this as well so , I just it doesn’t matter then went away and manager called me back , the receptionist found it on my check in details , and said they didn’t put it in my room because it would be warm which was I lie, and there’s a fridge , then next day the gym was open at 8am so finished ay 9.30 then went into jacuzzi , some man came in shouting angrily in Spanish , I had no idea what was happening , so I got out and went to complain about his behaviour, and reception backed him saying he wanted to drain jacuzzi and not open until 10am , I said I thought it was 8am , she said no 10am , I said I’m sorry I had no idea and door was open , she was rude saying he was angry because it was not open , I said no way to shout at someone like , if he was nice and explained and told me nicely instead of shouting there would be no issue, she kept on backing him up raising her voice, I have never experienced staff like this and I will never go back to a js hotel again.

This is not a 4 star hotel! I had to pay €4.50 a day to use my own in-room safe. I have never experienced that before. I also had to leave a €10 cash deposit for my pool towel and a further €5 cash deposit for the in-room safe key. The hallways were dirty and housekeeping didn’t come to my room until 3:30pm one day after I had returned hoping to relax.

Nice Hotel after refurbish. Rooms are very clean and Modern. Nice lobby and dining area. Food very tasty (brekfast and dinner). Big plus is free of charge SPA (sauna, jacuzzi). Realy nice area around sweeming pool. Staff very helpful. Value for Money.

Nice hotel close to the beach, but very noisy room
The hotel has a really beautiful design and is located close to the beach! It has many beautiful extras like outdoor pool, indoor pool, parking lot is just around the corner, service is very friendly and welcoming. The room I booked was on the 1st floor #118. It’s a room that can be connected as an extended room and is overlooking the pool area! The only thing making my stay not so cosy was the very Very noisy ventilation that made it really hard to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend staying in that room even though you don’t hear it when the balcony door is open but during night it might turn into an unwanted adventure. Breakfast was really nice, dinner offers a variety of veggies, besides that a lot of rice, salads, and pizza which doesn’t seem to be house made.... Nice spot close to the beach!

Good location close to beach, shops and restaurants Nice room on 5th floor, spacious and clean and modern, good bathroom with walk in shower. Pleasant staff, excellent evening cabaret acts. Overall, good holiday at a fair price. Room for improvement would be the food in the restaurant which was ok but not brilliant, the pool was very cold and the sun loungers were not very good.

Great hotel for quiet getaway. Good location, everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Good buffet selection for breakfast and dinner and good quality food. The only negative was the food in the buffet sometimes wasn't very hot but overall an excellent stay.

I liked my room and the style of it a lot. I also felt the pool and dining room were likewise very nice. I wish the cleaning ladies would have swept when they came, that was my only complaint. And the AC, the power went out for a few hours one day and my AC didn’t cool back down for at least two days. I also wish the TV had more options.

Hotel JS Yate - August
Excellent stay at the hotel in one of the economy rooms. Good sized room which was clean and modern with a decent sized balcony. We were also able to go to our room before check in time upon arrival which was much appreciated. One thing to consider is that there is a charge of approx 25 euros for the safe. There was always a good variety of food with everything from salads to freshly grilled meat. The desserts weren’t the best however and we also felt it should be made clear during the booking process that there are no drinks Included. The restaurant is lovely though with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Finally regarding the entertainment, some of the acts were good, however, in general there isn’t much atmosphere in the hotel like some of the others in the area. It would be nice to have some music during the day by the pool and on the terrace in the evenings for example. That said, the hotel is in an excellent location near to other bars on the beach front. Overall, we had an excellent stay here and be assured that while there aren’t too many ‘real’ photos of the hotel after renovations, it is of a really high spec and is definitely great value for money.

The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is brand new. The space is kept spotless clean and there is plenty of staff taking care of the guests. I would only recommend some of the male waiters to be more positive and smiling. Apart from that, I have nothing to say, I really don’t understand why people write so many confusing comments - the hotel is really a bargain considering value/money. The food was amazing and various, there was a different theme every evening and the choice was broad. The rooms were kept clean and tidy during the whole stay, the maids were coming every day to change the towels. The staff on reception was very polite and willing to help with advice or recommendations. I am honestly touched by the attention and care which was given to us at JS Yate. Totally recommend!

Newly renovated , clean , practical hotel, food had enough variety to keep me happy for 3 days, very good breakfast , nice pool area and comfortable spa with the one of the best showers. This is also one of the best looking hotels in the area and WiFi free

The JS Yate’s modern decor, great pool and decent food make it a great stay for what you pay. We stayed in an economy room which was all we needed with half board - good breakfast and dinners. The location was great being metres from the beach and local supermarkets. The only criticism I have is the spa wasn’t much to write home about - tepid jacuzzi and smelly steam room. Otherwise I’d go back in a heartbeat, loved it!

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das personal ist super freundlich! Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist Luft nach oben. Das Frühstück ist super, das Abendessen ist okay, wie in den meisten Hotels. Man kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

service good. cleanliness could improve a lot.
slept there to be closer for ferry to alcudia. Unfortunately not clean at all, smelly. we asked for change and received something better, but the hotel itself could be much cleaner or at least a new carpet. breakfast was ok. Very crowded mass tourism area.

Top: ansprechend renoviertes Haus mit kleinem Fitness- und Spabereich. Ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah an Strand und der Fußgängerzone. Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Und mein Highlight: ich konnte im Hotel nach dem Strand nochmal duschen, obwohl ich schon ausgecheckt war. Klasse!

Schönes Hotel in Strand nähe
Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. All abedliche abwechslung der Speisen am Buffet. er Strand ist vom Hotel in ca. 5 Gehmnuten entfernt und führt über die Flaniermeile die abends mit ihren Shops und Restaurants sehr belebt ist. das Fitnescenter ist mit seinen 5-6 Geräten eher klein. ein negativ Punkt hab ich nochund der ist folgender: im Hotel steht dass das reservieren der Liegen am Pool verboten ist. Leider wird dieser Punk vom Hotel nicht kontrolliert und umgesetzt. Schon vor dem Frühstück sind all Liegen mit Tüchern belegt aber niemand befindet sich im oder in der nähe des Pools. Schade!!!

Wir freuen uns auch sehr, dass Sie unser gastronomisches Angebot hervorheben und genossen haben. Wir bieten eine breite Palette von Speisen an, um die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche aller unserer Gäste zu erfüllen. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie das Gefühl hatten, dass wir die Sonnenliegereservierung nicht kontrollieren. Unsere Einrichtung hat ganz klare und sichtbar öffentliche Regeln für alle unsere Gäste. Es wird deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Gäste die Liegen nicht länger als zwei Stunden reservieren dürfen. Es tut uns leid, dass einige unserer Gäste diese Regel nicht eingehalten haben, und bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir versuchen, die Regeln durchzusetzen und gut zu kommunizieren. Leider sind einige unserer Gäste nicht darum bemüht die Regeln zu respektieren. Wenn ein Gast seinen Wunsch bekundet, eine Liege zu benutzen, und es keine Verfügbarkeit gibt, versuchen wir immer zu helfen. Daher bitten wir Sie, sich in diesen Fällen direkt an unsere Rettungsschwimmer oder an unser freundliches Team an der Rezeption zu wenden. I loved my vacation at Yate. I felt so well taken care of every day. The staff is like a family which makes you feel like a guest in a family. The rooms are modern and comfortable and cleaned very well every day. The hotel is very close to the beautiful beach. The food was very tasty! Every day something different. There were evening shows in the lobby or by the pool. The staff is great. So friendly and motivated. Great hotel. We will be going back next year!

Das Hotel befinden sich in der zweiten Reihe vom Strand also nur ein, zwei Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal ein solch freundliches Personal in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Sowohl die Kellner, als auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren extrem hilfsbereit. Die meisten von ihnen sprach auch noch dazu Deutsch. Auch die Managerin des Hotels war extrem freundlich und konnte uns bei allen Anliegen helfen. Ebenfalls zufrieden waren wir mit dem Essen.

Hotel w niedaleko od plaży, super obsługa w szczególności niskie ukłony za super poczucie humoru dla Pani Esperanzy. Dobre jedzenie, pokoje czyste. Może nie jest to frontowy hotel przy plaży, ale naprawdę polecam;)
