Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable.

Great for the kids they were entertained throughout the holiday. Food and drink wasn’t great but managed to find something each day even if it was just chips. Staff were friendly. Would return if needed a kid friendly holiday

Old room, odd door locking system, dark at night to get to room when checking in late. Paper thin walls makes rooms very noisy. Seems like there were too many guest at the hotel and the staff were unable to keep the pools, bar and restaurant clean and tidy. 3 nice pools ideal for children and a great beach 5 minutes away. Food was basic and probably more 2 star.

Food poor, very limited choices and often not properly cooked. Pool area nice but limited sun beds and large pool felt very unsafe as so deep and lifeguards not able to visualise entire pool due to their position. Communal toilets not clean. Staff very pleasant and always helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel considering it was 3star Food was excellent & plentiful no complaints at all Pool area good (apart from temperature but it is april) Staff excellent Good location My 1 issue - I do realise there is a chill out zone for adults (but it’s difficult to leave children as we have 3 ) but I missed a separate bar area. To sit in the evening while kids were at club ,just somewhere to & relax I do know there are 2 & there may be differences depending on the season This sounds like a negative but it’s not We would definitely go back , we used our Tesco.com vouchers which made it even more affordable

Booked very last minute and was not expecting to love this place as much as we did , lots of food options weather was great lots for kids to do and they loved the pools we all had a great time only gripe was around pool areas were dirty could of done with a good clean but overall a great holiday for a great price and in a fab location

The hotel needs a renovation. It’s very dated. Cracked tiles, stinky sinks, horrible bathrooms and stained floors. Staff is very friendly. Pool area ok but dirty around the sunbeds. No shallow end in the pool. Food is good overall but missed Spanish food. Liver was served several times and it wasn’t popular at all. Good selection of fruits.

Sono stata sorpresa per la grandezza di questa struttura, belli spazi per bambini e camere davvero grandi! Il ristorante non è male anche se potrebbero variare un po’ di più e usare tutti i posti per mettere i vari cibi non solo metà (sono andata la seconda settimana di settembre) con queste premesse il villaggio/residence poteva avere davvero un bel punteggio alto ma passiamo ai lati negativi: - pulizia davvero scarsa, o meglio dovrebbero stare più attenti alle persone e NON far mangiare la gente in piscina o sexy ti nel bordo (più volte sono caduti pezzi dentro la piscina di alimenti o addirittura bicchieri di varie bibite) - ristornate sempre dovuto ai clienti prendevano i cibi e con le MANI rimettevano dentro, manca qualcuno che controlla e non permetta queste cose - bagni pubblici della struttura presi in maniera scandalosa! Già a metà mattina il pavimento era preso in maniera orrenda - area snack si scivolava tantissimo sopratutto dove c’erano le granite e più volte i bambini sono caduti - animazione non sapevano quasi nulla di italiano, mio figlio ha fatto molta fatica a capire e apprezzare questo reparto

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr zweckmäßig. Die Betten sehr hart, der Boden leider etwas sandig, im Bad war es vollkommen veraltet. Die Dusche war nicht einzustellen, es fehlte eine Art Duschwand. Beim Duschen spritzte automatisch das ganze Bad nass. Am Waschbecken Rost, unter dem Waschbecken notdürftig repariert. Zimmer keinesfalls mehr als 3 Sterne. Die Pool-Anlagen waren sehr schön für Kinder. Es gibt 9 kleine Rutschen und auch jede Menge andere Wasser-Spiele. Das Essen war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich, wir haben immer etwas Leckeres gefunden und sind satt geworden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Spielplatz ist eine schöne Anlaufstelle abends, da tagsüber die Sonne darauf scheint. Die Rutsche müsste neu bezogen werden, da die Kinder weniger rutschen als dass sie drauf sitzen bleiben :-D Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, da wir wussten, dass wir 3 Sterne gebucht haben und Preis-Leistung für uns vollkommen ok war!

Établissement parfait pour une famille. Les chambres familiales pour 5 sont correctes une fois les lits agencés comme ont le souhaite. En revanche la salle de bain et les wc dans la même pièces ce n est pas terrible quand on est 5. Les repas sont satisfaisants pour les vacances il y a de tout. L espace aquatique est parfait pour adultes et enfants. Bar et piscine "chill out" pour les adultes c est top... Animations correctes mais mini club un peu light. Cockail pas terrible. Personnel tres agréable. Ménage fait un peu rapidement mais ok quand même. Bref un bon rapport qualité prix il ne manque rien au final

The Hotel was all in all very nice and recommendable. The offers for kids are good, big pool area, playground, mini club and a small store with lots of toys and swimming gear. The food was lovely, we felt like they had theme days, for example Asian cusine in one day and mediterranean on the other. The drinks are okay, but the juices are too sweet and there was no non-sparkling water without a clorine taste. We always had to buy bottled water. But the sparkling water was delicious. We liked also the huge offers of salads and fruits. The bedrooms look more modern and stylish on the photos than in real life, however everything was clean and cozy. The doors look a little old and were hard to open. The service of the reception was delightful, they managed to organize last minute a cake and flowers for a birthday. Also they are very friendly! By the way, the tap water is slightly salty. For cups and towels you have to pay Euros as a deposit. In another all-inclusive Hotel this was not necessary, so this is a little minus. The hotel itself is only 5 minutes away from a public beach, which fortunately wasn’t overcramped in end of May. There is another beach by walk 15 minutes away, but smaller and not as pretty, since it’s surrounded by hotels. There is a big shopping area around, also just 5 minutes walk, with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, ATMs, etc. So it is very nice for families with kids, but don’t expect a fancy standard. Enjoy!

Leuke accommodatie. Goede ligging. Goed bereikbaar. Kamers zijn schoon. All inclusive was prima. Divers en lekker eten (ontbijt, lunch, snacks, diner). Jammer dat veel mensen er misbruik van maken. Er wordt heel veel opgeschept, niet opgegeten en daardoor wordt er veel weggegooid. Zonde. Eet je bord leeg en loop gewoon een paar keer extra om nog een keer op te scheppen.

Checkout Zeit schon um 11Uhr,nicht wie hier beschrieben um 12Uhr. An der Rezeption gibt es einen QR-Code zu scannen über den man anscheinend alle wichtigen Dinge des Hotels erfährt,wurde uns leider erst mitgeteilt als ich aufrgrund von nicht geputztem Zimmer und keinen saubereren Handtüchern an der Rezeption am nächsten Tag nachfragte. Handtücher wurden ohne Probleme ausgehändigt. Mit dem leider schon sandigen Boden bei Einzug mussten wir also leben. Schrecklich fande ich allerdings,das jeder Kinderhochstuhl verdreckt war,nicht nur zur Zeiten von Corona nicht schön sondern allgemein. In den Pools konnten sich die Kinder austoben,wobei auch da die Liegen nicht genauer angeschaut werden dürfen,da diese auch mit allen möglichen Spritzen verseht waren,auch wenn die Liegen am Morgen mit Wasser abgespritzt wurden half dies nichts. Für einen Kurztrip wie es bei uns war,ist die Anlage völlig ausreichend,wäre das aber mein Jahreurlaub gewesen würde ich mich tierisch ärgern

Nuestra experiencia en general no ha sido mala, aunque si que hay varios puntos que fueron negativos. Estuvimos de viernes a domingo. El sábado en el desayuno buscaba leche que no fuera de vaca, ya que no me sienta bien, y el camarero al que pregunté (Vicente, si no recuerdo mal) me respondió muy borde y sin indicarme dónde podía encontrarla. Afortunadamente, otro camarero, Nacho, me buscó y persiguió para indicármelo y disculparse. Las tumbonas en la piscina están muy cotizadas, y a las 9 am ya estaban todas ocupadas por toallas, aunque vacías, y eso que en las normas que nos dieron ponía que estaba prohibido. Respecto a la habitación, era un 2° piso en el que había hormigas por la zona del fregadero y al retirar el sofá de su sitio porque le daba el sol directamente, encontramos suciedad, pelusa y plásticos de los anteriores clientes. El check out de la habitación según mi app de Hoteles.com era a las 12h, pero a las 11:15h nos tocaban a la puerta y nos llamaban por teléfono porque en realidad, era a las 11h. Y por último, nadie nos avisó de que los derechos de la pulsera de todo incluido era hasta las 15h, ya que nosotros contábamos con el snack para comer, por tema de horarios de comida, y casi nos quedamos sin poder comer, menos mal que el recepcionista llamó al director y nos permitió un sándwich con patatas.

Gode bassengfasiliteter for store og små. Gode muligheter for forfriskninger med all inclusive. Buffet restauranten har brukbart utvalg med ok kvalitet. Ikke topp kvalitet men ikke nede på fornøyelsesparknivå heller. 5 min gåtur for strandbading. Rommet var helt ok. Aircondition kjempet tappert, men god kjøling fikk vi ikke. Alt i alt en god ferie der du kan få mye for pengene med all inclusive.

Stedet er velegnet som familieferie med børn. Store lejligheder, dejligt poolområde og god legeplads. Dejligt man kunne spise udenfor med masser af plads. Der var, som de fleste spanske hoteller, frygtelig akustik indendørs i spiseområdet.

Es un hotel que ya hemos estado un par de veces, y lo mejor es el trato del personal, son gente muy agradable, si pudiera destacar algo, es que tendrían que tener más limpias las zonas de las piscinas, los pájaros se la han hecho suya y es una pena, y el agua estaba muy sucia
