"Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy. "

"Loved the room and hotel location; our first time in Madrid and it was a great place to stay and start the day. Hotel was being renovated so the access was not easy but the staff were very helpful. They also spoke good English and gave helpful tips. Room size was big with a good view. Bathroom fittings are a little dated but all very functional. Definitely would stay there again. "

"We loved staying here as it was perfectly located in the middle of everything. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was in good shape. However, the shared bathrooms were quite small and uncomfortable to use. If you spend a lot of time in there, would be best to go for the private bathroom option. Thank you for our stay :)"
