The property has a superior location right in the city center, adjoining Constitution Plaza, with access to most of the major attractions. The front desk staff is very good, eExtremely helpful, and the hotel is clean. The rooms are somewhat small, but that’s not unusual for European hotel and certainly is better than, say, a typical hotel in Paris. We weren’t really happy with the room cleaning because we felt like the clean cleaner sometimes touched and re-organized our stuff, and more importantly we didn’t get replenishment of coffee and sweeteners and milk which so far I know is standard to replenish in hotels in Europe. Our room had a window on a shaft which provided sunlight and fresh air, but sometimes some unpleasant smells. The room has a standard European hotel shower, which is open at one end, allowing large amount of water to leak onto the floor. I feel as if somehow Europeans know how to avoid water on the floor and I don’t: that doesn’t feel good. Your bathroom also has a bidet. I like bidets. The hotel breakfast is 15 euro per person per morning, which I consider exorbitant for a hotel breakfast. I think that price is also too much for the quality it delivers, so we only had it once. Unfortunately, it is difficult to get breakfast in the area in the morning so I recommend you keep food in your room.
