I booked with Breakfast and Dinner but they gave me only Dinner on request. Dinner and Breakfast was showing in Expedia information but not in Hotel information.

Big spacious room, delicious and varied buffet breakfast option. Welcoming and competent staff. 20 minutes walk to the haram. The bus shuttle was nice however during Ramadan, there were so many people, it would sometimes get chaotic trying to get a spot on the bus despite several buses being avaliable. This wasn't so much the fault of the hotel, it was more down to people's behaviour, ie people pushing and running over each other to get on the bus instead of queuing up properly. We decided to walk instead, which took us 20 to 25 minutes (which was less than waiting for a bus to be available, especially on the way back from the haram after Fajr for example).

Pros: We stayed there for 4 nights during Ramadan and had an amazing time. Property is very well maintained, clean and majority staff is friendly. Cons: Their shuttle service to Haram is pretty good except for one night when it was terrible and people were fighting over to get on the bus as there were not many buses running. For that reason, i will suggest fellow travellers taking a hotel withing walking distance from haram, if possible.

The rooms were big and kept nice and clean. The servicing staff was nice and friendly. Washroom supplies such as handwash soap, shampoo, bodywash etc. were of good quality and plenty available. Shuttle service was great. Buffet breakfast was a bonus. Front desk staff should be more friendly and let people know if there is one line or multiple lines and how people should form the lines as people were cutting in in front of others and the staff allowed this to happen. There should be one queue for all lines and whichever attended is available, the person next in line should go to them.

No restaurant in this hotel. Every time had to take taxi to buy food. Also couldn’t find first aid box even a band aid. Provided razor, what made me happy

The hotel is relatively modern and good bathrooms but my room wasn’t clean at all upon arrival. The carpet hadn’t been hoovered and the bed was rock solid. Also, I had no hot water in my room for a whole week. Having spoken to other guests, they also complained of similar issues of luke warm water. I did ask to be changed rooms but no one got back to me. The breakfast buffet was shockingly poor… no basics like croissants, breads or even eggs on a few days! One day they just served noodles, rice and veal curry… very odd breakfast and appeared to be the left overs from the dinner buffet the night before. I also found the breakfast staff to be quite cocky in tower 3… almost arrogant that a guest is complaining that there are no eggs at breakfast….. Also, the hotel is far from the haram - especially at namaz time, can take up to 40 minutes to get back. However, on a clear run, about 10/15 mins. A positive is that the hotel has very frequent shuttles to take you back and forth from the haram and they are really reliable. Overall not a horrific stay, but really not a 5* hotel. Between a 3/4. The hotel itself is 9 different towers - it massive and the entrance is scenic. For the price, it’s not a bad option to be honest, providing you’re not expecting a 5* hotel.

Nice hotel, worth for money u pay, nice location with lot of shuttle bus services to haram. Need some minute corrections like shower pressure is very low, no light on mirror, can’t shave or see face clearly, poor quality of mirror n other bathroom stuffs & please stop that fire alarm blinking light, it’s very irritating in night.
