Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

I didn't realise there was a sister hotel 2mins away to go for Spa facilities and you have to pay €1 for a towel or borrow for €10 from the hotel lobby where I stayed. Found this inconvenience. "Was put in a room where the bathroom was at the foot of the bed and there was about a 30cm /12" gap for you to get to the loo due to a bidet being behind the door. When we asked to change rooms we were told we would have to pay 105 Euros to upgrade as they had no other rooms available. Pretty suspicious as the hotel was mainly empty.
