"Overpriced (from this site) I think the rates are probably better if you just turn up or book directly with the hotel. We booked a deluxe room for two adults and one twelve year old but were only given one bed. It took a very long time to get a second mattress. "I had a reservation on the hotel waves in New Delhi but, the given address on the website and the phone number was scammed. I never stayed in the hotel neither I get my money refund. I have a worst experience ever with Orbitz even though I am a regular Orbitz user customer. I was totally scammed and the Orbitz representative never help me to get my money refund. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends and family to book hotel nor flight from the Orbitz. "

"Dirty Rooms..! No choices for breakfast..you have to pay extras for breakfast.. Their Customer service is very bad..we check in very late at 10.30pm and requested for late check out around 3.30pm for next day since we had fligh to catch at night. During check in time they told us no problem with late check out..But The next day the call us and ask us to leave by noon. The hotel rooms was empty but still they refused to allow us to stay until 3pm.Very bad experience."
