Parking was terrible. They charge you at the hotel to park but refuse to validate your ticket which makes it where you cannot exit. You have to go into the lobby to request to exit. Half of the staff was argumentative and rude but what else could you expect with general customer service. Magdeburg is beautiful and safe. The hotel location is easy to drive to and everything in the city is within walking distance. Breakfast was a good typical European breakfast. Clean rooms and updated.

Quick overnight stop
Location was great. Only stopped overnight but got to do my run outside in the morning and had beautiful sights nearby. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and good breakfast. Found free overnight parking spot across the street. Great price too. Recommend this hotel!

Ganz schlechter Service
Leider hatte ich keinen guten Aufenthalt. Morgens fiel das warme Wasser aus und ich stand unter der Dusche. Als ich das beim Check Out der Rezepzionistin mitgeteilt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass man sich bereits darum kümmert. Ich hätte aber gerne gehört, dass es Ihnen Leid tut, dass ich so einen schlechten Start in den Tag habe. Den hätte man durch eine weitere Nettigkeit auch irgendwie noch verbessern können, aber darauf kam die Dame leider nicht. Deshalb die schlechte Bewertung. Arbeitet an eurem Service.
