As a new property we have some aspects to work on and we are trying hard to work on them to keep improving every day. We thank you for sharing with us all these details as this is the way we will be able to keep improving.Regarding the AC and the shower drain, rest assured that we have passed the feedback to our Director of Engineering in order to review our standard procedures so that it does not happen again in the future. After the inconveniences with the AC we moved you to another room but it was not a downgrade, as the category was the same one, Twin Bed room.Regarding the payment, I believe my colleagues from Reception replied on a separate email to the matter on the credit card. Upon arrival we took a preauthorization as informed, but it was only a block as a guarantee for possible extras, not an actual payment. Rest assured that we have manually released the preauthorization so you will be able to see the amount back to your account shortly.As a gesture of goodwill, my colleague credited the 15.000 points to your World of Hyatt account, so that you can use them in this or in any other Hyatt around the world. I have just checked your account and the points have been credited correctly.We really hope you do not lose confidence in us and that you give us another opportunity in the future.
