It was a small, very well-appointed hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The area is very central to all the interesting sights in Madrid. Our stay was short but it was very enjoyable

Great location, very nice room
Very nice room with friendly & helpull staff members Perfect location for exploring all parts of city within 20min walk, Busy plaza with plenty of Restaurants on doorstep, downside is Room can be a little noisy later in evening, as restaurants close and rubbish collections are made.

Nice location. Stayed previously at Room Mate Alba around the corner. Alba is a much nicer hotel in my opinion. Breakfast options at Alicia are poor and boring and so I'd give it a 4/10 for this. Alba breakfast options are 9/10
