Nice hotel -handy location
Hotel was well situated - in a nice area with metro across the road. There was also some nice cafe bars around the hotel. You can easily walk into the busy areas or hop on the metro.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were big for Madrid...BUT we were in the building opposite the lobby building (Building 2). Our room overlooked the back of the city recycle depot and fire station. Very noisy during the day with unloading recycle bottles and at least 3or4 fire calls with announcements plus sirens throughout the night. Don't accept a room in that building but try to stay in the lobby building! The safe also was locked and we could not get into it.

Good hotel close to a metro station
The room was very good, comfortable bed and a sitting room. The best feature was the breakfast which included cereals, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, toast, rolls etc.

Stayed for four nights and rooms were very comfortable with a bedroom, bathroom and separate living area - the marble floors and bathroom are great in the heat as was the air con. Had breakfast each morning which seemed to cover everything you could possibly ask for. The Metro was 2 minutes walk around the corner which gave us easy access to the north, centre and old parts of Madrid - if you are used to the underground it's very easy to use. Situated in a relatively quiet comfortable area which was nice to come back to after a visit to the centre which is really busy. Small street bars were 2 minutes walk away, again nice to come back to after a long day out.

Fantastic breakfast!!
Quality of the hotel was excellent, but in quite a noisy area - fine with windows shut though. Lovely breakfasts!!!!

I liked the hotel but two things bothered me. The lousy internet service (it kept logging me out) and the fact that the restaurant is only open limited hours and closed, except for breakfast, on weekends. There are not an awful lot of restaurant options around the hotel, certainly not for a vegetarian so I was surprised by the restaurant hours. The hotel is however only one block from the metro station and five stops from central Madrid.

Great value for money
We had only two days in Madrid before flying home, so we decided to go for a superior room - we were certainly not disappointed. It was almost like a full size studio apartment (just lacking a kitchen) that was very stylish and modern. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs, the shower room was very swish too, although personally would've liked a bath. They even had a coffee machine with a selection of coffee 'pods'. Location was great, as it was just outside the centre, but close to lots of restaurants, a supermarket and an underground station, so couldn't fault it. There's a car park directly below, so it really had everything we needed. To top it all, the included continental breakfast was really great! The breakfast room had to be accessed by going out of the lobby into another building, which wouldn't be great if it was raining, but the choice was very good, there were a few interesting additions (like soya milk with pineapple juice) and the room itself was very coolly designed, which seemed to be the case all throughout.

Great Hotel
Located in a nice area of Madrid with great access to Metro, but not too close to tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful although they did try to upsell us to a larger bed. Our suite was spaceous and clean. Breakfast was great although pricey at 16 Euros/person.

Stay elsewhere, not self-catering
In Expedia this is listed as an apartment with other self-catering apartments. This is not self-catering. This is a room in a hotel. Each 'apartment' has a bedroom, bathroom and another room containing a sofabed and a desk. Strangely in each apartment, there is also a locked door into another room which apparently contains a kitchen and is used by the maid but the hotel will not unlock it. The hotel has no facilities such as a gym. The wifi is fine. Breakfast is $20 and is very average - there are place to eat for 1/4 the price one minute away. Service is poor - some examples... At breakfast the maid is only concerned to discover your room # so you can be billed. She doesn't notice there is no water, no bacon, no milk - each absence has to be pointed out to her. My friend sat with me for 2 mins, she recorded the room #, but not that he ate nothing and then it took some persistence with the reception staff when checking out to get that removed. At breakfast every time the maid needs to enter the kitchen she does this by kicking the door with her foot. From about 8:30am onwards the cleaning maid woke me up each time. There is substantial traffic noise from the 3 lane highway outside. When we asked why there wasn't an iron in the room despite the web site stating there was the reception staff didn't apologize and instead advised us to pay for laundry which is $8 per shirt. My advice: stay elsewhere.

Great hotel
Great place to stay in a lovely area of Madrid if you wanna be away from thr tourist area but with easy transport links to Sol etc. Really big rooms, clean and modern. Only thing to note, booked a double room but got twin but didnt ask the hotel to change us so cant complain. Really good & will definately be first chocie wehn we go back to Madrid.

Great hotel for families
Being an all suites hotel, we were impressed that we had two rooms - a bedroom and a lounge with a sofabed, desk, CD player & TV. As we were travelling with our 12 year old son, he much preferred a room to himself rather than sharing with his parents. Breakfast was good - plenty of selection of pastries cereals, fruit, ham & cheese and the option of a cooked breakfast to order on weekdays. Located slightly out of town for the sights, but a short metro ride away not a big problem. 20 mins walk to Bernabeu and nice shopping area.

Near metro & Sorrolla museum
It was not very convenient to the airport by metro since I had to change lines twice and pay the extra fee. You may as well take a cab for the twinty too bucks, especially if you have luggage! The room was massive with a separate living room. The room was clean as nicely updated but had a slight smell of smoke (to be expected in Spain...) not bad for the rate that I paid! I'd stay again with even a higher rate.

The hotel room was exactly what was portrayed on the hotel website, which isn't always the case. Just note that it is quite near a fire station and could be disturbing at night. nice area.

Los empleados muy profesionales, vamos lo mejor del hotel exceptuando la limpieza que es mejorable. Para un 4 estrellas imperdonable el frio en el baño y una puerta de armario corredera rota, mala insonorizacion respecto al piso de arriva (ruido de zapatos ),dormitorio pequeño cuesta pasar por uno de los lados de la cama, ubicacion buena para el precio pagado ( menos de la tarifa normal)

El hotel esta distribuido en tres edificios. Es muy incomodo que la recepción esté en uno, la habitación en otro y el desayuno en un tercero, teniendo que acceder a este, si o si, por la calle.

Staff very friendly. Parking is totally unclear when arriving. Driveway at portal is too narrow for the honking succeeding cars, and honk they will. Basement public parking is there when you know it, but has impractical access to hotel when in secondary building. Suite has lots of doors, no kitchen, not even a microwave. Air conditioning does not work, because it's April? That is a no-go, esp. considering 24 °C and above, as the suite had a heat accumulation issue.

La camera è molto grande praticamente un mini appartamento. Ben arredata solo i pavimenti risultano essere un po' datati. Per contro nella camera da letto vi era un magnifico parquet. Struttura da consigliare

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, das Hotel ist in 3 Gebäude aufgeteilt: Die Rezeption und Zimmer sind in einem Gebäude, dann gibt es Zimmer im zweiten Gebäude und das Frühstückbuffet ist im dritten Gebäude. Es ist sehr schade, dass die drei Gebäude nicht miteinander verbunden sind, weil als ich im Hotel war hat es geregnet und man ist immer nass geworden, als man zum Früstück gegangen ist. Womit das Hotel herausragend ist, ist mit der Größe der Zimmer. Es ein Wohnzimmer, indem ein Sofa ein Fernseher und ein Arbeitstisch stehen, das Schlafzimmer, mit Bett und Fernsehen und ein Bad mit einer Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Das Wohn- und das Schlafzimmer sind beide mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer zu Wünschen übrig, weil die Zimmer recht groß waren hatten die Putzfrauen keine Zeit alles gründlich zu reinigen (z.B. die Handtücher wurde nicht täglich ausgewechselt, es sei denn man hat die Putzfrauen dazu aufgefordet oder es wurden nicht neu Wassergläser hingestellt, wenn man die alten benutzt hat.) Leider ist das Hotel auch neben einer Feuerwehrstation und aus diesem Grund kann es ab und zu mal etwas lauter werden.
