Shuttle to the airport was nice. Close to metro stop. Was clean and safe and comfortable. Felt overpriced compared to other stays in the city. Was unclear that breakfast wasnt included and i got hunted down hounded by staff early in the morning. Paying that much for a room... breakfast should be included.

The property is a bit dated, and the walkways to the room need to be cleaned. The rooms are adequate and a good value for an overnight stay before you fly out the next day. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff is a mix of friendly and too busy to talk to you.

Easy to contact shuttle with response in English they’d be there shortly. Excellent shuttle service there and vac to airport. Nice bed and breakfast great also. I’d stay again.

I loved the accessibility to the airport. I don't know why they wanted me to check in early for my stay as the check in process was very fast (having not done the pre check in thing). I was confused by the buffet vs ordering for dinner. but i was served excellent food so It doesn't really matter. overall I would definitely recommend and return

The property decor seems a little dated but well kept. The room did not include a self serve coffee maker and the drinks in the fridge were not included in the room price. Note that there is a pretty good small bar and restaurant around the corner.

Buen hotel, limpio, habitación espaciosa, personal amable. Es básicamente un hotel para ir o llegar del aeropuerto. El transporte al/del aeropuerto muy bien!, conexión de metro a 100 metros.

An excellent location close to the airport with free shuttle or €25 to Terminal 4 in a taxi as i wanted to go before 5am, would be less to the other terminals. High quality facilities, and extreme friendly and helpful staff. A 5 minute walk to the nearest metro stop El Capricho, from where its about 25 minutes to the central area for €2 each way. There are bars and restaurants right near the hotel and even a very handy little supermarket near too.

I chose this hotel because of the shuttle mainly. When I arrived at the airport I called them and they said there is no shuttle before noon. Also I had requested early check in, in advance, and nobody informed I had to pay 40 Euro. Bathroom door got stuck, bathroom smelled bad. Not coming back
