People working at a hotel are very friendly, kindly, and wonderful. Salon bar is very good for people like to drink, extra price for a bar and snacks are very good. Breakfast area it is really good, but need more variety of things of breakfast. A surprise for me on my birthday was espectacular; when I arrived at a room later afternoon, I founded a bottle of sidra and a small cake for two, I was very excited when I founded that at my room.

The issues with the pool absolutely ruined our Madrid stay. Not only did you have to book a swim but it was limited in time and when we tried to book it they said no full. Only allowed 6 people in pool snd 2 juccuzi which were both warm snd cold. When finally we were "allowed" in the docs us to pay $8 euro for a mandatory! I had one and they said NO Terriblehad to buy theirs! Then once in the Luke warm jacuzzi after 5 minutes the pool guy came over snd said we had to get out cause his boss said do because other people "may" want to go in, swim cap!

Do yourself a favor and stay here! The rooms are spacious, bed comfortable and breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect. Near everything and with a metro station just steps to the hotel. Also very easy to get a taxi or Uber, Cabify. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again in my next trip to Madrid!

We traveled from United States and our plane arrived in the morning. Even though the check in time was at 3 pm, Raul checked us in in the morning and we could go to our room and had a rest before we started touring the city. Raul at the reception was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered and found solutions to our questions. I highly recommend this hotel. It js conveniently located close to many touristic attractions

Staff was very good but the information was not told about children below 12 cannot swim. Very disappointing as for me to have chosen this hotel was they had a pool for my daughter to swim
