A great, simple stay with excellent service
The employees are the kindest, the drinks provided are a reasonable price, and the room itself is super simple (there is no fridge, just a simple room for sleep, rest, and showering). Something that I would consider bringing with you to stay here are sandals or slippers, as the floor is cold.

Hotel did not have Safe i room to keep valuables. Breakfast place was small. Enterence of the hotel has stairs to go to reception at entrance. Over all it is poor quality hotel. I paid for break fast whereas at the time of booking it was showing Breakfast free.

GREAT hotel! Great location (beautiful neighborhood), friendly staff, comfortable room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is outstanding. The rooms are very basic, but are extremely clean! The staff are amazing....with a special shout out to Celine at the front desk. She welcomed me so warmly, and made me feel at home during my entire stay.

Conveniently less than a minute walk from the Bilbao metro station. Many restaurants around. The windows are sound resistant so it’s quiet in the room. WiFi is good and the ac is cold :). Staff is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Large bathroom with shower.

This hotel was amazing! We were only able to stay for one night due to the issues surrounding the travel ban, but they understood the situation. The staff were incredible. They provided us with recommendations and told us how to get around the city. The hotel is in a good neighborhood that’s walking distance to the city center. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid.
