Good Hotel for the price, about 20 min from the city of Madrid in bus which stop is like 5 min away and to drop you off if right in front of hotel on the way back. Rooms are decent but not modern but will do the job. Breakfast is decent for an extra 8euros per person, but staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied costumer

OK for a very short time
Carpet felt dirty and towels were not super absorbent. No kettle in the room but I guess that’s ibis itself? Regardless, I was surprised when they couldn’t provide a kettle when requested for it.

Great stop over
Great stop over on our way through Spain. Comfortable and spacious room - not luxurious but certainly more than adequate and what can you expect for that price, including a great breakfast

It is a hotel on the outskirts of Madrid and only caters for those with transportation. Quite old, needs a refurbishment.

Everything was fine except for the air-conditioning, it was a very hot weekend and no AC,they say because is central and was kind of a little cold at night they shut the whole AC off ,and you have to open the window, the staff and the service was great

Service at the Ibis Alcorcon was excellent. Felt very looked after and staff very helpful. Cleanliness excellent and again staff was very helpful.

Smoking rooms still exist?
Was given a smoking room without being told. Wasn't even aware they still existed. Stank of tobacco and we were unable to change it until the next night. Couldn't sleep because the bed and pillows had the smell ingrained. Next room was identical (the same every ibis) without the stench.

Clean, comfortable and easy.
Overall good great experience. Could of used more towels. Maybe a few hand towels. The breakfast was good, but there were several loafs of bread but they weren't sliced and no knives to slice them. But the room was clean, the service was good and overall it was a great stay.

Perfect for a quick night's stay
Just a quick night's stay before flying out of MAD (about 30 min drive from hotel). Nearly every other hotel in Madrid was full for the night or wanted several hundred Euros for the night. We had an early morning flight and just needed a place to get a few hours sleep. We got a super rate $74. Our room was small and comfortable - just what we needed for a short night. Check-in and check-out was very quick and friendly. Hotel is in a commercial setting, but very convenient to the highway. We were very happy with our choice.

Thought smoking policy these days is no smoking in rooms? Ibis Alconcon hadn’t got that memo as the first room I was given stank of cigarette. Luckily I was able to change the room which was slightly better. For €50 a night I guess I got what I paid for. Glad I only stayed one night.

Nice hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Located about 15 minutes walk to nearest train station which is overground which then allows you to connect to the metro. nice and enjoyable stay.

Ok, but area not great.
Recently stayed in the Ibis whilst in Alcorcon for business for a week. The hotel is ok overall. Breakfast is great and so was the service. The room was a little dated and I had a duvet and pillow, not in a cover. The hotel was clean but a little dated and you are limited as to the surrounding area. I walked in to the centre of Alcorcon each night for food, as close by were just a few chain type restaurants at a shopping centre.

Good for buisness
Friendly staff with clean and spacious rooms. €50/60 taxi ride from the main airport and good for buisness trips, but close to lots of light industrial areas. Breakfast is very pricey for what you get.

Basic IBIS hotel - far from everywhere.
We stayed here at we had a hospital appointment nearby in Pozuelo. The hotel is hard to find, but the receiptionist was helpful with directions when we telephoned.

One night stay
Just a 1 night stay, but was good enough. The hotel reception and bar staff were excellent. The local area is mainly large shops, and companies, but you can eat in Alcorcon which is only 15-20 minutes walk away. The only drawback was the breakfast, which at €7.95 was very poor. Eat at a local cafe is needed. I would stay again.

Staff where very friendly and accommodating. They had a limited menu but food was very good. It took about 20 mins in a taxi to get to centre of Madrid and about 20mins to get to the Caja Magica in a taxi. Overall lovely hotel with brilliant staff.

Nice hotel, good value
Bit of a whistle stop visit this time but not the first time we have stayed here. We visit Madrid several times a year and this is our hotel of choice. On one occasion we arrived in Madrid very late and tried to book into another chain hotel in town next to Alcorcon, but staff were sharp and unwelcoming so we left and arrived even later at this hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming or understanding considering our very tired and angry mood upon arrival. On this visit, we were able to come and go as we wished throughout the day without feeling we were getting in the way. All staff were pleasant and appeared to be happy to see us and one expressed his wish to help us in any way he could.
