The apartment was very nice and modern. They supplied us with everything we needed for the stay and overall it was a good contactless experience. Just keep note that you need to email them in advance for instructions and you may need to do so a couple times in order to get your message through!

The location was fantastic. Station was in front of the flat. It was clean. Was a very good base for a family of four to explore Madrid Central location meant it was equidistant to Atocha and Charmartin stations. Taxi rides to and from places were inexpensive. Flat was on second floor facing the street which was ok for us to watch the Mardid life. Was easy to access upon arrival and communication was prompt.

This property is located next to main subway connections and has many conveniences nearby. We enjoyed having the pool, small kitchen and washer.

It is in a good location .Metro station is just in front of the building.inside the room was good tidy and modern but it was a studio and a little small for a family with two kid. But the toilet fan did not work and the side lamp next to sofa did not work ,so there were a little dark.

Everything I needed
Great amenities right by the metro. Close to the city centre. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. Great entry code system. No need for key collection. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but I hardly used it. I had a great time.

Hoom Apartments
Lovely, clean, modern apartment. Large bed, tv and good facilities (oven, kettle, dishwasher, aircon, coffee machine). Only received check on details (on request) when we arrived at the airport but good communication after this. Swimmimg pool and area small with only 4 loungers but was quiet during our visit so not an issue. Good location, nice area - supermarkets and bars/restaurants within easy walking distance and the metro to get to city centre is practically across the street.

Nice modern apartments. Chic building, fitness center with the essentials. Good communication with staff. Wish there were foreign language (english) instructions on how to use appliances, washer, oven etc. Very good value overall. Would stay here again.

Double check price - apt has serious flaws!
1) total price was more than double than the listed price. Fair enough, we should’ve checked better, but as a frequent traveler, I kinda don’t bother since I typically deem the total price as “acceptable” compared to whatever was the listing price. In this case it struck me that for an apt that was listed at 92eur/night, I ended up paying around 190eur/night (!!) 2) upon arrival we still didn’t have the detail about the apartment. We tried calling the number provided on the listing; nobody answered. Luckily after 15mins or so a lady helped us out, but even she had to make some phone calls before we were “allocated” to an apartment...the email with the details arrived after we already had entered the apt. 3. Shower was clogged, so literally after 10-20seconds you were standing in a pool of dirty water. 4. That same shower also leaked which resulted a side wall of the door opening to swell. As a result, after the first shower was taken, the door couldn’t be closed anymore...bye bye toilet pricacy... The apartment has potential, but seems to be badly constructed (bending floors, bathroom problem, clogged shower,...) and lacks a minimal service which you might expect for a 190/night apartment (e.g. timely information, kitchen supplies, doors you can actually close, clean unclogged shower, ...). On a positive note, the location is great. You’re close to an upscale shopping area and only 15min from the airport...

El apartamento es muy comodo con muy buena luz, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y moderno. Tal vez me hubiese gustado, que para estadias cortas tuvieran un pequeño kit de cosas que se pueden necesitar, pero que no vale la pena comprar por el corto tiempo (sal, pimienta, rollo de cocina, aceite y vinagre , azucar, etc. , dejaron pero solo 2 sobrecitos.

Bien situado y cómodo
Muy buena situación, apenas 20 minutos andando hasta el retiro. Todo muy limpio aunque algunas cosas algo estropeadas (el estor, una lámpara). Cómodo y acogedor, suelo radiante. Aparcamos en la zona verde de la calle sin problema.
