I thought that the breakfast buffe was excellent. There was a nutritious variety of food. I did not feel rushed nor limited in repeats. The front desk gentleman who served me was polite and helpful in providing me with tips for getting around in Madrid. The breakfast manager and room help were courteous and and most efficient.

The area was not user friendly for taking a walk for exercise that is so important for travellers.

Banging servers door.
The room was nice staff excellent. Stayed for two nights. At 6:30am both mornings a service door was slammed by incoming and outgoing staff making the bed vibrate, this went on for one and a half hrs. Not very good when you have a long drive ahead of you.

I really liked this place, loved the fact that breakfast was included with a wide variety of food and drinks. The fact that I did not have to worry about parking is a huge plus. The hotel was super nice anc clean and the staff was very professional. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door as it would lock by itself but not a big deal. Overall a great stay.

I think that if I were to say something negative, it would be that in the hotel the employees do not have much information about what the restaurants in the area are, I think they should have more information about what is around them as well as information about the tree mall They still have their area and the few restaurants and their schedules oh some brochures of them, but for the rest of the other things it is recommended

The location is good and the price was right. The rooms are pretty basic. My biggest issue was that there was a super annoying flashing bulb in the foyer and the staff completely ignored it. Also, I'm 6ft tall and the room had the lowest toilet I've ever encountered in my life.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel near airport
Excellent bed, very comfortable after 20h trip! They had sofa-bed set upon arrival very efficient. Breakfast was simple but excellent quality.

Great place - very clean and easy to get to - the buffet breakfast is more like 14 kinds of sweet bread products and ham/cheese/turkey meat (don't imagine eggs and bacon and sausage) - everything else phenomenal

Uncomfortable sleep
Extra measures where in place due to Covid 19 however this meant breakfast was in a paper bag and poor quality - we couldnt eat most of it, and the toilets in the lobby were out of use. we appreciate this was a result of the pandemic. However the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and my children didn’t sleep well as a result.

Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast buffet was fine, but nothing special, though the view is very nice as the sun rises. I didn't think the rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day -- both days the cleaner missed the coffee/tea tray and left the used mugs and spoons, and didn't replace the coffee! So I had to go to reception to ask for it.

A good option for business in Rivas Vaciamadrid
The hotel is well located if you have business in the Rivas Vaciamadrid area with several restaurants (fast food and local fare) within easy walking distance. Don't expect any luxuries but everything is high quality and clean. The price if you buy in advance is reasonable.

We liked that there was plenty of parking space, their breakfast selections, and how well maintained and clean the hotel was. The only issue we had was that there was always a shortage of chairs in the morning during breakfast.

Quiet and Affordable!
Hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. It is 20 mins walking from the nearest metro station. The room was clean and comfortable; No A/C or refrigerator. Grocery store and fast food restaurants very close. If you rent a car or master the subway this is the place to stay. Nice and quiet.
