I give this score because of the size of the very small room and the layout of the hotel, but the staff are all very friendly, wonderful people. If the rooms were a little more spacious I would have given it 5 stars.

A boutique hotel that is part of the H10 chain of properties. Very centrally located on the Gran Via. Everything is walkable from this location including sites, shopping and all of the wonderful neighborhoods that make up central Madrid. A true boutique experience. Charming with lots of individuality and personality. The lobby is wonderful, comfortable, great bar, well decorated, filled with books for a literary experience. Food was very good. Staff are extremely helpful. Our room with patio was lovely. We will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel located right on the Gran Via, within walking distance to the shops, sights, metro and eateries. Hotel is clean, comfortable, stylish with really welcoming and helpful staff. Would stay again no question.
