"The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and info on nearby dining options. The soundproofing in the rooms is an unfortunate issue. The hotel is located next to a metro station which makes for easy getting around. Though there aren’t many points of interest within walking distance, there are some good eateries where locals meet and dine and that was the highlight of our stay at the somewhat overpriced Claridge Madrid"

"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "
