acceptable basic room in Madrid
The hotel is minimalist, but clean and situated in an area of abundant restaurants. It is 4 mins from the Metro. I would go back there.

Nice area in a very centric part of the City, the road could be a bit noisy if you are in the lower floors but not much. and it’s very convenient since it has many shops and restaurants nearby

Old and poor. Give it a miss
Old building and uncared for. Room was not comfortable at all. Too cold and the hot water did not work on 2 of the 3 days.

The hotel was good value for money but the breakfast was lacking. the parking was accessed via a lift and was very tight getting the car to the parking area but a very reasonable price for the parking.

A good hotel near the Charmartin train station
It was a clean and comfortable hotel. I only stayed one night on my way to Bilbao. The breakfast was very good. The price of the room was probably a little expensive for what it was.

Very modern, ckaen room. Very clise the metro, with good access to center and museums. A little hard to keep room comfortanle, but that was the case everywhere in madrid (matro, taxi, restaurants).

Great staff - warm and welcoming. I had forgotten a travel adaptor and they were happy to lend me one for the duration of the stay. Lots of helpful tips and hints for getting around the city.

Convenient, clean, quiet and friendly.
We had a great stay and this hotel was a perfect base for travelling. Clean and comfortable with great, very reasonably priced breakfast. Plenty of eateries nearby and quieter than the centre which was a real tourist trap and overpriced. Good value for money. Staff friendly but unnobtrusive. We booked a family room for myself partner and two kids. Great value and room was ideal for our needs. Not a luxury stay but ticked all our boxes. Would stay there again.

4 days, three people, was comfortable clean. We were on 4th floor, had some issues with Wi-Fi on some of our devices at the beginning, once connected, it worked fine for some, others we had to go to the lobby on first floor. Overall nice location, we enjoyed it.

La ubicación es muy conveniente. Queda a unos metros de la estación de metro y es muy fácil llevar las maletas. El personal es amable y paciente. Dos cosas no me gustaron: la habitación se sentía vieja, descuidada y de colores muy opacos. La televisión era prácticamente un monitor de computador del año 2005, y no parecía un hotel de demasiada categoría. La habitación era ruidosa al estar frente a la calle. Por otro lado, la ducha era muy pequeña, y el baño no era pequeño. Creo que tampoco ayudaba la puerta plegable, solo hacía más difícil entrar y salir.

En general por el precio que pagamos no se puede pedir mucho más. Es un hotel más bien hostal, humilde y sencillo. Pequeño aunque nuestra habitación era cuádruple y bastante cómoda y espaciosa. Por poner un pero a las tres y media de la madrugada dos niños muy pequeños empezaron a pedir socorro. Estuve a punto de llamar a la policía. Pensé que los habían dejado solos, pero después de media hora escuché a los padres calmarlos. Nadie del hotel acudió y era imposible no escucharlos. Los gritos eran grandiosos

Sencillo, muy limpio y muy buena atención.
Hotel sencillo con lo necesario, muy límpio y con muy buena atención por parte del personal de recepción. Buen precio y a 20 min en metro del centro de Madrid. Tiene muy cerca supermercados, parada de metro y restaurantes....Una buena opción para unos días en Madrid.
