"Good for the price. Would stay again for the deal. Staff were friendly. Pool was down with no pre-notification. Bed was fine, pillows were flat and need to be replaced."
"The room was spacious and comfortable. Coffee machines in the lobby grounded and brewed the beans making a fabulous, customizable cup of excellent coffee.
Grocery store was a short walk away and we picked up some forgotten items from home.
We’ll stay here again!!"
"Terrible experience. Show up and they don’t have my reservation and then treat me like trash like i made a mistake and that they are doing me a favor by “allowing” me to pay triple for one night. Manager just rolled her eyes at me through the whole process. If there were any other hotels with any vacancy i would have immediately left and requested a refund but we needed a place to stay. So now i see on my statement I’ve been charged twice. I need a refund from Expedia and Motel 6 immediately. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEY WILL JUST CONTINUE TO TREAT THE CONSUMER UNPROFESSIONALLY. I’ve called Expedia customer service and heard nothing back."
"Limited dining options, store had a lot of expired items and was gratuitously overpriced. Niblicks hours are limited and they are closed on Sundays. Makes no sense? One option for breakfast outside the lobby that’s only open for a couple hours. Resort is perhaps an inaccurate description."
"Parking is a little on the short side but we were helped with the issue. All employees were very helpful. Carpet a little on the soiled side but room was ok. Breakfast wasn’t huge but very sufficient."
