Disappointing Stay
The property offers free parking only if you book thru their site. Disappointing fact. It took many calls and talks to receptionist to have them clean the room. Response is very poor. I do not recommend this property as adjacent hotels (Hilton & Shaza and others) are cheaper and superior to it.

We had a nice stay
We had a nice stay. The apartment we had was well kept. Overall, our stay went well except for the confusion we had when we extended our stay. It looks as if the reception staff are in need of more training. The first one we met was really good but we struggled with the rest.

Tattered furniture and Poor services
Tattered(old)furniture,I have booked for 5adults,only drinking glass was provided and I have requested 4 times for more glasses unfortunately never provided.Entrance door lock problem and go back to reception for help ...one of us was sick ..was unable to stand while door lock being open...not house keeping on time ...WiFi was very very poor and even no signals at all.

Nice place and big apartment. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, but there was only one A/C thermostat/control unit for the whole place! Also, it doesn't offer heating, so we had to request a portable heater that was provided to us by the room service.

Good location, right at Haram gate 18. The reception staff are either ill trained or wish not to serve anyone other than saudis. I would recommend highly against this hotel, and certainly will not stay there again

The hotel is over priced and very old
Never again and why ask for my review if your not going to approve it or post it. The hotel is too old and the furniture is very old and all appliances in hotel is very very old. Over all my expectations was a lot higher than what I got and that’s why I said never again

Nice place next to Masjid Nabwi
Ideal location next to Haram. The rooms are very big and you will get all the facilities in the kitchen. The cleaning services are not good at all. They used to come at 9 pm for cleaning the suite. Good for families. The pressure in the sink and wash basin taps is extremely slow.

It is all about the LOCATION not the facility
Best location - recommended for HARAM access Poor logistics and very old and not clean carpets in rooms No concierge Staff try to overcome problems and show hospitality especially in first day Maintenance and cleaning services are poor Delay in check in ( rooms not ready and not clean ) I recommend big suits with Haram view for big family and people who needs close location to the HARAM mosque

Fantabulous
My stay was comfortable as always. They provided me what they promised. One of the best place for stays again and again. Never had any complain and if there is anything you need. Ask someone and it will fulfilled immediately. Just have to say WOW. I wish to stay their again and this time for longer period.

Very close to Masjid Nabawi. Suites
The Managers were appalling. We booked 3 suites for a week (1 x 2 bed rm and 2 x 3 bed rm). Managers do not believe in good customer service or customer satisfaction, especially Mr Sultan. Spent 1 hour talking and trying to negotiate with him, as originally they'd expected 3 adults to have 2.5 beds (ie. 1 x folding bed), but he did not respect our wishes and provide a decent solution to our issue without long discussions and threats to complain to higher bodies. Zero consideration for guest comfort. Unacceptable. On the final day, I asked to speak with the duty manager to share my issues with him from the week's stay. The front desk advised me to speak to a Mr Ahmad. Upon reaching the reservations office, Mr Mohsin lied to me, telling me the manager was on his day off, however, they called Mr Ahmed in (he was waiting for me to leave outside) as I left the office. Considering we were residing in the second most holy Islamic city in the world, to be treated in such a poor way was, quite frankly, the worst experience I have had in Madinatul Munawwarah in my life. Other than this, their were some good points: Cleaners were nice, visiting daily. Proximity to Masjid Al Haram. Suites provided good value for larger families. All in all, the only way I'll revisit this hotel is if it is updated and the management changes.

Close to Nabawi Mosque dan suitable for family
Very close to Haram (Woman' gate) and to the entrance to Raudhah. Suitable for family with special needs children or person using a wheelchair. Nice and comfortable. Fully-equipped kitchen and have a washing machine. Quick response when lodged a report. Near to shopping outlet too. Will come again.
