The room was ok. I killed a spider in our room, sheets were stained. Location was no ideal but the room was quiet. Stain on the floor in the bathroom as well. I requested to change my form of payment and the lady did not know how to do that.

Showed up and there were no rooms available and he forgot to call us to let us know. 9pm with a 5 year old and we were scrambling to find a hotel to stay the night as many of the local hotels were sold

The staff was friendly and nice. The grounds were well lit at night. The rooms were okay, but there was signs of age that needed to be addressed. The shower and shower curtain were dirty and had mold on the outside edges of the shower. The hand soap dispenser was broken. Looked like a water leak occurred in the past and they did a poor job fixing it; this was in room 207 if the owner or company want to address these issues. The tub faucet had just as much water flowing there as the shower head while taking a shower.

I stayed in the room next to the fitness facility and close to the lobby. It was pretty noisy. Other than that my stay was awesome.

There was a very musty smell to the room, and a peanut shell and used contact on the floor, so it wasn’t carefully clean. The breakfast options seemed very limited/not refilled or overcooked. We’ve definitely stayed at better Holiday Inns.

Upon are arrival we were told they don’t have any more rooms! I had previously called to verify our reservation and was told I had a reservation. I told them are arrival would be about an hour. They did finally give us a room! The room was fine. The breakfast was awful. The whole hot food bar was cold like the warmers were not even turned on. There was no muffins or danishes, no yogurt and spoiled milk! I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns but this was below there standards.

The landscaping outdoor spotlight shined right at our window in room 129 and was a real nuisance to sleep in even with the shade down. Would have requested to switch rooms but at 11pm didn’t want to deal with it.
