A good place for a short visit
The hotel is located in the downtown area with a great view and very convenient. The staffs are very friendly and professional. They provided a free breakfast which is a buffet of a combination of oriental and western meals. Overall, it is a good place for a short visit.

All was good, especially the staff. However, certain mainland chinese customers did not comply with the no smoking in the room, making the hallway smell smokey. But the room did not inherit the smell, which was good.

Nice hotel, right in the center of Macau. Lisboa is 10 minutes away and the Ruins can be reached in 20 minutes on foot

Small but adequate room, bed was firm but comfortable. Room was humid to the point that everything felt wet, a dehumidifier wouldn’t go astray. Bathroom could do with more frequent cleaning, orange mould and soap scum in the shower.

I love the clean rooms. I am an American and the staff was just unable to communicate with me properly. And the property outside is not clean nor very safe in my opinion.

The room (& the TV) is quite small and there is not much varieties for the breakfast, but OK for a short stay. The room is clean & tidy & the bed is comfy, not too soft.

The housekeeping staffs are nice and friendly, other staff not very nice. Macao weather is humid. The bed amenities have some moldy and damp smells. The renovation is new. The location is convenience.

위치도 좋고 서비스도 괜찮았어요. 청결도 나름 나쁘지않았는데 화장실 환기구를 타고 담배냄새가 나서 밤에 잘때도 환풍기를 켜놔야했어요. 금연인데 객실내 화장실에서 흡연하는 인간들 진짜 혐오해요.
