Our trip started really promising, we liked the view from the window, the spacious room accommodating 3 people, the furnishing, making you feel at home. The problem started after midnight when bugs started crawling over the beds, over the book that I was reading, the wall next our luggage. After quick Google search we identified them as bed bugs, something that I was not expecting from any place offering lodging, let alone with "Fabulous" reviews. We called the hotel number and were told that someone will come to help us. An hour and a half later (around 2:30 am) the receptionist arrived, he was very helpful, offered us two rooms and helped us move. We could not sleep, because we were checking around for bugs and also the rooms were very cold. At check out I notified the morning receptionist about the problem, she did not looked surprised, apologized half-heartedly, but did not offered any compensation for our inconvenience. Nobody was interested to inspect the room and verify our concerns, to us it looked like this had happened before and they were aware of the problem I asked to be reimbursed for the room cost, last week we received half of it. I am writing this review to spare future guests our unfortunate experience and to make sure that the hotel management take serious measures to eliminate the problem. We were terrified that we will bring some of the bugs with us after reading how hard it is to get rid of them. It will take me a while until I sleep in hotel again!
