"This is our second stay at Bel Azur. We’d also previously stayed at its neighbour, Sol Azur. and used all the Bel Azur amenities. So it feels like our third stay. We keep coming back because we enjoy the staff and the amenities. We asked for sea views and were assigned room 603 which had direct view overlooking the sea. No impediments… just sun, sand and sea. It was unbelievable to wake up to the sun and sea every morning, and to spend time on our balcony. It is a spacious room, with little bar area - kettle, tea and coffee, and mini fridge. There’s a safe, large wardrobe area, bathroom with a tub (which I utilized for a great hot bath), two joined double beds and a single. We requested, and received, 2 robes to use during our stay. They also were able to provide an ironing board and iron for an hour with a 20dt security deposit. We thank front receptionist, Saber for setting up this room for us. It was really special and we sincerely appreciated it.The room was really well cleaned everyday. We always eat too much when at Bel Azur because there is so many choices. Chef Mehrez made sure to make our stay extra special with special meals and lunch invites. The steak dinner he made for us was phenomenally mouth watering. The servers in the dining room really work hard. We like to make special mention of Wajdi Aljaziri and Mohamed Alhajbrahim both of whom would go out of their way for us. Naz, from animation is so friendly! Great lounge bar staff too. Overall, great stay!! "

"Great hotel with great facilities. Right on the beach and safe and convenient to walk outside to the shops/coffee shops etc. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The animation team are AMAZING. Mady, Luca, Mimi, Suzi....everyone works so hard. Hotel is always clean and tidy. Reception staff are very friendly and helfpul. There is alwasy some kind of activity happening around the pool or hotel. Somwthing to suit everyone. "

"Only couple words can express my review for the hotel: Simply The Best."

"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only stay for 1 night and that was enough for us. Staff at dining area were nice. Reception can be more attentive to visitors’ concern."
