"The photos made it look renovated, everything in our room was damaged in some way, there were boogers on the wall, had to kill spiders and the bathroom sink was seriously about to fall out of the wall. I couldn’t walk bare foot without my feet turning black from dirt. And the shower handles we’re slimy. They didn’t even have full sized bed pillows…. There was 6 little square pillows which was weird lol. Luckily we only stayed for one night. But the staff was decent! And they are really close to a food truck part so that was a good thing! "

"When traveling to San Antonio for the Fair or Fiestas, this is our first choice to check availability. Short safe walk to the market square, the parking lot is usually full and we have to park in the top but thank goodness for the elevator, and we get to enjoy the view of the city from up too 😀 Room was clean and comfortable as always. We’ve yet to enjoy the pool since we get caught up on our outdoor activities, but maybe one day. Staff is always friendly. "

"I like staying at this property because of the location and security on call that securs the property while you sleep. So I have booked online using hotels.comover 30 days straight which now makes me a tenant. I asked the hotel management about the tax exemption and I was told that since I payed online and through hotels.com that I would have to talk to Hotels.com about being reambursted which this website does not include the U.S.to be. after speaking to a supervisor from this website . So I would like for someone in corporate to fix this issue or I will submitt my complaint to the Department of Justice with the ADA and Disability Act conserning this websites case on discrimination on equality."
