Dear Sir Dear Sir, First of all, I don't understand why you wrote that because that was not about you ! Your comments are about only what you lived during your stay. Actually, that was about your colleague. You made a phone call to book a room for him. Besides, you were not here when he talked to my co-worker so..... Most of employees who met your colleague at that time told the same thing : he was cold, unlikable without good manners. Thus he came out when the staff were launching and told my co-worker, not in a better way, that he wanted to pay without even say 'excuse me' 'please' sorry'... Respect goes both ways ! And it's not because your are the guest you are able to talk like anybody else or to be rude to ! All the co-worker at the launch table assert that your colleague talked to her very cold and without good manners. Lastly, nobody can afford to talk tough just because someone is a GUEST ! Most of guests are kind and comprehenvise especially when someone eating but it wasn't the colleague's case.
