First i was told that they are not able give me an invoice, so i tried to get from you which wasn’t possible also. So that made me stress becuase if i can’t show a real invoice i can’t make an expense to my company.
Awful and rude service from receptionist. I have never experienced such rude treatment from a hotel ever! For example, my colleague wanted to check out and the receptionist told him "you will have to wait, I am eating my yoghurt!". She then proceded to eat her yoghurt and made jokes about it to her colleague! Absolute disgrace. There are hundreds of hotels in the area around Lyon and for sure we will not use this one again and advise others to beware.

First of all, I don't understand why you wrote that because that was not about you !
Your comments are about only what you lived during your stay.
Actually, that was about your colleague. You made a phone call to book a room for him.
Besides, you were not here when he talked to my co-worker so.....
Most of employees who met your colleague at that time told the same thing : he was cold, unlikable without good manners. Thus he came out when the staff were launching and told my co-worker, not in a better way, that he wanted to pay without even say 'excuse me' 'please' sorry'... Respect goes both ways !
And it's not because your are the guest you are able to talk like anybody else or to be rude to !
All the co-worker at the launch table assert that your colleague talked to her very cold and without good manners.
Lastly, nobody can afford to talk tough just because someone is a GUEST !
Most of guests are kind and comprehenvise especially when someone eating but it wasn't the colleague's case.
Overnight stop to collect our daughter from Lyon airport the following morning. Have stayed here numerous times to collect or take people to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful and food in restaurant is very good.

A one night stop over
Stayed here for one night on the way back to Lyon Airport. A welcoming reception and secure parking for our hire car. Rooms spacious and clean. The bed was a little saggy but not too bad. Our only complaint was the lack of curtains in both rooms. We only had a net curtain between us and a well lit car park which meant that our rooms were light all through the night. Used the in-house restaurant for convenience, which was reasonable but nothing special.
This is the second time I have stayed at the Forum, the staff are always welcoming and attentive, food in restaurant is good, rooms comfortable and there is free wi-fi throughout the hotel. There is also a free shuttle to/from the airport at certain times of the day ( usually morning) - contact the hotel prior to arrival to see if they are available.
It does precisely what it says on the label. It suited our needs perfectly, and we'll probably use it again.

It served our purpose, no more.
The hotel served our needs. We needed a place to stay for one night because of a flight delay. The place smelled a bit, maybe of smoke, the room was small and the breakfast overpriced.
Buen hotel. Cumple con lo que se necesita. Solo advertirles que la ducha requiere mejoras: 1.- Es una ducha teléfono pero no tiene apoyo de fijación para dejarla como ducha normal (debes ducharte usando una mano lo cual siempre es molesto). 2.- No tiene una agarradera o manija de seguridad donde apoyarse en caso de resbalarse o salir de la ducha, la cual es muy necesaria por ser una ducha con base de tina y tener una lámina de vidrio en vez de una cortina, lo cual puede resultar en un accidente muy peligroso al ducharse ( es una medida de seguridad básica). 3.- Aconsejaría que fuese solamente plato de ducha por comodidad y seguridad. El resto bien.
Un'esperienza molto positiva. Pulizia e cortesia impeccabili. A colazione non mancava nulla. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e accogliente. Siamo stati davvero bene.
Chambres plutôt bien équipées et grandes pour un Kyriad. La literie est bonne et j'ai apprécié d'avoir un fauteuil dans la chambre. La salle de bain est très bien.
Au niveau des équipements de l'hôtel, la salle de sport est vraiment top et le restaurant assez vaste et très bien niveau qualité. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Chambre bruyante
Lors de mes 2 derniers passages, j'ai mal dormi à cause d'une climatisation (eteinte) bruyante.
Dernière nuit 32°c sur Lyon ; la climatisation ne fonctionne pas !!
Dommage restauration et personnel agréables.
