No movement.
Cheap, cheerful. Acceptable, except only one extra pillow for 2 people. I asked at reception, but was told they could not provide another pillow under any circumstance. So one of us did not get a good nights sleep.

Staff were brilliant. Easy to cycle in to the city centre. Air conditioning would be welcomed in the rooms. Thank you to the security guard who advised us to turn our car around so that the bikes left overnight on the bike rack remained visible on cctv.

Good service but a little rocky
There were some issues with the hotel computer system which led to some inconveniences but there were several staff who made up for it with service with a smile. We chose the location because of an event but ultimately, it is quite far from the center of town so consider that in your selection. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the rooms which was not advertised on hotels.com (I think) so this made it a little hot in the evenings.

Prostitution
This is a terrible place to stay if you are with family, Out side this hotel, there is 10's of white vans standing waiting doe customers, ( prostitution) girls inside the van on the driver side, with a lamp light on just waiting for customers to approach and negotiate the price, and when you are at the hotel you will find those prostitutes bringing the customers to the hotel.

A budget hotel, mould on the ceiling,no air conditioning, cheap, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Only if it is a last option
There is zero air flow so be prepared to sweat to death and if you open the window you will leave with about 50 bug bites. The location is not good. The front desk people are super nice

Cheap but clean option
When looking for a cheap but clean place to stay found this Ibis. Rooms are fine, basic Ibis design. TV + wifi. It has a secured parking and the is a grill restaurant next to. The hotel. Location is in office area opposite rugby stadium.

The hotel was Notting to write home about. No tea or coffee in the room . Only two pillows on the bed. The staff at the reception was not friendly atall. It's was our 20yrs wedding anniversary and hotel don't even sell wine.

In a horrible area, shabby rooms.
The hotel is close to the Stade De Gerland, former home ground of Olympique Lyonnais. Not many amenities around, that we could see, only a petrol station around the corner. The hotel is in a horrible area surrounded by an industrial park on one side and a waste incineration plant on the other. On our first night's drive trying to locate the hotel we discovered the industrial area is frequented by 'ladies of the night'. The hotel itself is basic and clean in the reception and breakfast area. Our room was on the first floor and while it was quiet it was one of the dirtiest rooms we've stayed in. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while as there was chewing gum stuck to it. The desk and bed side surfaces were dirty. The room was also in a state of disrepair, especially around the entrance to the shower where plaster had fallen off the wall and had left gaping holes in places. Thankfully the bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an additional €6.15 per person per night and was surprisingly good. There is only continental breakfast with no cooked option. We were able to book this room at a very good rate but would not stay here again. We thought that by opting for a known hotel brand we would get a more consistent standard but that was not the case with this stay.

Radiateur qui prend feu!!
Mon séjour a été horrible. En résumé, je suis en déplacement professionnel sur Lyon(fin novembre). Hier soir, je fais mon check in vers 19h et j'ai mis le chauffage en arrivant dans ma chambre. J'étais en train de m'endormir quand un liquide s'est mis à couler du radiateur et un mini feu s'est déclenché (sol = latte plastique). J'ai versé de l'eau et une épaisse fumée heritante a rempli la chambre. J'ai ouvert la fenêtre, arrêté le chauffage.et je me suis habillé pour signaler cet incident. En sortant de ma chambre, je suis tombé sur la réceptionniste qui s'occupait d'un cas similaire pour un autre client. Elle semblait être dépassée par les évènements. Je lui ai signalé l'incident et je lui ai demandé une autre chambre. Elle m'a donné une chambre au RDC en me faisant attendre check in d'un autre client plus important et quand je lui ai dit que cet incident n'était pas normal, elle m'a répondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas faire grand chose et que cela pouvait arriver... Je lui ai répondu qu'heureusement que je ne dormais pas car la chambre n'est pas équipée de détecteur de fumée/feu.... Pour finir ma nuit, j'ai eu une chambre a côte de l'accueil et je n'ai pas pu dormir car trop de bruit et les chambres ne sont pas isolées. Je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel.

Nous sommes ravies d’avoir découvert cette hôtel ,malgré la proximité de la prostitution , le personnel très aimable a su nous rassurer et nous mettre en confiance dommage que l’ascenseur était en panne nous étions au 4 e nous aurions apprécié un geste commerciale tel que les petits dej offert 😅😅😅😅😅

Nous nous sommes rendus compte a l’issue de la première nuit que la housse de couette était tachée..... nous aurions du vérifier dès notre arrivée mais ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes et, qui plus est, ce n’est pas habituel dans la chaîne. La deuxième nuit nous avons tourné la couette.

Bébé qui a pleuré pendant 3 heures, les parents qui n'essaie pas de le calmé et son frère qui crie par dessus. Horrible soirée la bas, on est part a 1h du matin sans pouvoir fermé l'oeil. Dommage, l'établissement était pas mal.
