The lobby and the rooms were attractively decorated, the bed was comfortable, A/C was great. The staff were well acquainted with the English language. Their suggestions for local restaurants were spot on. The hotel is a short (10 min) walk to The botanical Gardens - a must see for anyone who loves flowers.

Our room was so small. We hardly had room to leave our suitcases open. It was very clean with good housekeeping serviced. The people at the front desk were very helpful. Especially Chloe.

Not going to book this hotel again.
Although they offer delicious breakfast, it's generally not a good experience because the room is smaller and less clean than it should be (e.g. a opened water bottle from the previous guests is found on the bed and dirty bath towels). Also, it's a bit smelly in the bathroom without any window or fan.

It was a really lovely stay - the rooms have been really nicely renovated and very quiet. Loved the location as it’s close to transit and lots of stores/restaurants.

Comfortable boutique hotel
Wonderful staff who handed the influx of American soccer fans really well. Super helpful and considerate. Rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. We used scooters to get around - 10 mins to old town.

Amazing 3 star hotel. Within reach is THE BEST bakery and great cafes. The staff was so helpful with everything. We were there for World Cup semi and finals. The staff treated us like family. I highly recommend. And I loved the locating. Air conditioning works great. Bed so comfortable!!! Thank you!

Small Hotel in Great Location
A friend and I met up in Lyon, and the Edmond W proved to be a great spot to discover the city from. Easily walkable from the main TGV station, with plenty of bars, restaurants and parks to head to right out the door. Room was clean and staff was generally helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the wood details in the room. Plenty of complimentary water/coffee/pastries available. Wifi was pretty much non existent during our stay over the weekend. If you're picky like me, sheets were a poly/cotton blend. Also cut my finger during the night and hotel did not have any band-aids, and being France nothing was open during the evening or following day.

Fine for a one night stay. Staff pushes breakfast which is average at best. Location is 1.8 km from the Train Station--not convenient or easy with luggage to walk or take transit. Plastic cups, bad environmental practices-- "free water" in plastic bottles --you see huge piles of bottles when the maids are cleaning the rooms. Limited clothing storage. We had a bigger room but badly appointed. Bed ok

Bonne situation
Hôtel correct, le point fort est son excellente position dans la ville (quartier avec beaucoup de restaurant et de bar, près de la gare). Accueil fort sympathique!

Très bon hôtel
Chambre et salle de bain, les lieux communs très propres. Parfait pour visiter Lyon à pied ou à vélo. Les transports en commun sont très proches aussi. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je remercie à toute l'équipe pour tous les petits soins qui ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable.
