"The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The reception was airy and authentically Egyptian. Nasser welcomed us and arranged for us to get together on the terrace the next morning so we could go to our room as it was quite late. "The hotel was in a beautiful setting of gardens. The staff was gracious and eager to accommodate my requests, with it was giving directions, making restaurant reservations, or needing a breakfast box to go. The hotel and setting were a quiet oasis after full days of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel with fantastic views of the Nile. Staff are brilliant, rooms clean, pool area nice and well maintained. Good breakfast as well. Nothing too much trouble! "

"Not sure why others had issues with the hotel. Our staff was more than pleasant. Lovely hotel,staff are very welcoming and helpful with queries. Pool staff are very helpful too! Clean room, and hotel staff are able to make arrangements and help with any issues with our flights or trips. Thank you for a lovely staff, will defo be booking the hotel again if I return to Luxor. "
