Excellent Hotel
Due to early flight, we needed a nice hotel near the airport. They were only 4 minutes away and very convenient. The hotel staff is best polite. The hotel is very clean. Our rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed at NH coming and going.

Such a lovely and clean hotel,very close to the airport and close to transportation to the city. There are some construction work done around the hotel but the charm is there. Will recommend

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. We saw BED BUGS on the bed. Once telling the staff, we were moved to another room which also had BED BUGS. The staff saw this and moved us to room number 3 which had the same issue. This whole situation landed us at midnight with nowhere to go. The staff was extremely disrespectful and gave us attitude the entire time. I will never stay at an NH property again after this experience.

I can completely understand your disappointment about the check in procedure and please be sure, that I will personally take care of the training and improvement of the team. About the bucks, I am happy and its proved, that these are NO bed bugs. As we are in a former forest area, there are luckily some insects in the surrounding and especially during the past weeks with all the rain, they tried to find a dry space inside the building. Therefore some of them use the opportunity to go inside our property by open windows. My housekeeping team is already aware of it and take care, but unfortunately it can happen, that we couldnt we couldnt find them all.I am really sorry for this situation and I hope you will apologize it and my message clarifies the situation for you.Also I want to thank you for your comment, which is helping us to improve our services.It would be a pleasure to welcome you again with us in Luxembourg and any other NH Hotel.Best RegardsChristoph SchumacherGeneral Manager

In process of renovation and difficult to find path from airport and temporary entrance. Excellent breakfast which lacked nothing. Spacious room and lovely bathroom with plentiful toiletries. However, the room decor is dull and soulless.

This is a great hotel if you are needing to stay overnight for a flight the next day at the airport. It is an easy short 5 minute walk to the airport. The hotel is new, modern, and clean and has a terrific gym - something you do not typically find in a European hotel, especially one close to an airport. The restaurant and bar is fabulous ... we had a wonderful meal and the ambiance is great. The only complaint we had is that there was not water in the gym ... the manager said that their should be and called to have a look, but by the time we went to the gym and left, there was still no water.

We selected this property because we have stayed with NH many times before and wanted shuttle service. I messaged the property prior to our trip to arrange pick-up and was first asked for the arrival information then later told no shuttle was available. Although the walk was only 5 minutes from the terminal I was very disappointed. Rain was forcasted and we specifically chose the airport NH because of the shuttle service.

Highly recommend
We really had a peaceful and relaxing time. Customer service from front desk, to room service, to dining was amazing. The hotel is also very nice and the room was equip with everything we needed for our stay. Lastly, for those landing at the airport, it is a quick walking distance which I very much appreciated!

Very close to the airport. About a 5 minute walk. Welcome water and candy in the reception was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Bartenders were fantastic. Food wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. Quite pricey however likely in line with Luxembourg pricing. The smell of the hallways on the 1st floor was vile. My best description is wet cat litter. The carpets were worn and need replacing. Room was nice. The smell of the hallway would prevent me from returning.

The only thing I would change is the walk from the airport. It was a little difficult to figure out. Maybe some signs showing the way to go. Other than that, it was good.

Good hotel
Rooms very clean and recently renovated. Hallways very old and in mediocre condition. I was positively surprised that there was no noise from the airport while the hotel is just next to the airport.
