Excellent hotel, less than 10 mins from centre
This was my 3rd time in Lux and this was the most convenient hotel to centre, and was cheapest. Was worried reading reviews but didn’t need to, this is an excellent hotel for long weekend, it had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. The area was quiet so could sleep with window open. Didn’t have breakfast as we walking into central area everyday, and didn’t use restaurant and bar so can’t comment, but really recommend this hotel if you just need a base to explore Luxembourg

Overall a bit disappointing
The onsite parking was 25 euros a night, which they didn't inform us about when we checked in. No air conditioning so don't go in the warmer months, the room was sweltering. We had to ask for a fan. Tired and dated hotel. Cleanliness ok and good for the city centre.

Potential to be better.
A budget priced accommodation for Luxembourg. Exterior is looking jaded. Inside, beautiful floral wallpaper panels. A real effort to provide a pleasant uplifting aesthetic appeal. Disappointed in having to use paper cups for hot drinks in room but glasses were available. Not logical. Option for top and side opening door to allow breeze to flow in room. Staff friendly and efficient. Sewerage smell prevalent but it seems it may be a Luxembourg wide issue. We spent our time in the gardens opposite and strolling old town because we did not want to be in the room during the day.

Overall no problems. They charge your room and any possible breakfasts in advance, whether or not you decide to have them. No minibar, but a kettle in the room.

Great location for centre
Hotel is nice, set back from the road behind the restaurant. Entry barrier to enter and exit. 25€/ day parking. Reception team friendly. The hotel restaurant is a short walk from the main hotel, buffet breakfast is ok, 17€ / day. Fantastic location, 5m walk to centre. Would recommend

It is quite near to the old city center. Hotel entrance from the main road was a bit confusing. Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were nice.

Great service
Staff were very helpful and friendly, and were always on hand for anything we needed. The room was clean and the hotel wasn’t too far from the city centre. It felt a bit like a Premier Inn but was fine for us for one night in Luxembourg.

Good but could be better
Overall very clean, comfortable stay and good location. On the downside there could have been more options for room service meals than just pizza. Also the bed matress was quite on the hard side if you like the soft-sink-in kind of bed.

Decent business hotel
This was billed as a business hotel which was a pretty fair description - for UK readers we are talking Premier Inn - modern, clean, polite staff, central location, otherwise unremarkable but reasonably priced... The hotel boasts some pretty fantastic views but its a campus style affair with multiple buildings and my view was of another wing of the hotel with the main entrance opposite and not the most amazing double glazing to keep car and voice noise outside. Otherwise the room was a decent size - super pressure in the shower! A previous resident had been smoking which was a shame. The bed was firm and comfortable but only 2 super soft pillows. There also seemed no way of adjusting the temperature other then opening the window. Location is great - really central - Luxembourg is not a big city, but unless you want to spend a fortune, this is about as good as you are going to get, about 5 minutes away from Hamilius which is about 15 minutes from the airport, or less than 5 from the central station. There are presumably taxis too, but the bus is free on a Saturday and 2 Euro otherwise so why not :) It's also worth noting - Saturdays in Luxembourg are pretty quiet - Sundays are pretty dead, most shops restaurants and bars are shut. Shop on Saturday, make Sunday the walking tour day - this is a great place to walk!

Fantastic Stay!
The staff was extremely welcoming. They made our stay one of the best I've had. The location was within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see. Great restaurants nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Luxembourg City.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in room
Disappointed not to have tea/coffee making facilities. Only changing sheets every three days - would prefer every other day. Toilet separate from shower room ok but feel it needs a hand basin with the toilet. No air conditioning in room - normally not a problem but weather was unusually hot so would have benefitted from it. Staff and cleanliness excellent.

Fair hotel close to central Luxembourg
The hotel is easy to reach by car, fair sized rooms and with in easy walking distance of both parks and the central square with its restaurants. Chargeable parking on site which was difficult to find a space on this occasion.

Expensive and poor at the same time
I've been to this hotel several times with work as it's near a client's Luxembourg offices. This time however was the worst ever. Both Parc Plaza and Parc Belle Vue have always been extremely basic for a lot of money, but the location has limited the choice. This time I arrived on Monday 4th July to find some kind of end of term school disco going on in the adjacent hall. This disco kept me awake till 3 a.m, when the kids coming out and cars picking them up kept me awake till 4 a.m. I got barely 2 hours sleep. The room was so hot I had to keep the window open (in the warm weather it's always too hot in this hotel). The next night was quieter, but again far too hot to sleep properly. When I complained to the reception desk upon checkout the guy just didn't care. He said the party night was just an exception so there was nothing he could do. (My suggestions were maybe forewarn us or make the hotel cheaper than €165/night to stay in, given the disruption.) So my learnings are: stop paying a lot of money for poor hotels with no cooling systems and barely any facilities. I won't stay there again. It's just not worth the money. I'd rather stay at the Hilton (which was cheaper) and get the €2 bus into town.
