Very lovely hotel room and close to the town centre. Beautiful building and we enjoyed the piano player in the evenings in the bar. The bed was very soft and comfortable but my side of the bed did have a dip in it. Lovely strong shower. Will be staying again!

Amazing hotel with a resort atmosphere. Saunas were free, the refrigerator contained free beverages (including one beer) and the reception area had some small free pastries after the morning breakfast had been served. The stay was a true treat that made us feel special. Oh, yea, the view and location was amazing! Book it, you will not regret it.

Die Klospülung war kaputt, sodass ich nicht spülen konnte. Meine Anfrage dies zu reparieren während ich in die Stadt zum Abendessen ging, war leider erfolglos. Auch keine Nachricht dass jemand da war, oder dass ich das Zimmer wechseln könne. Der Lüfter im Bad hatte keine Abdeckung. Insgesamt nicht eines 4-Sterne Hotels würdig

Great location, great facilities, food not so good
Fabulous location, hotels facilities are excellent, ther rooms are fab and views and gorgeous. We will come back for sure. The xmas drink set-up outside was amazing but far too pricey. We had a meal in the Marina cafe, very expensive, my partner food was inedible, it was like eating food dipped in corosive acid, and my choices gave me a night on the toilets.

The hotel complex, overlooking the city and the river is beautiful. The reception staff are weak and incompetent. Housekeeping is very poor. Dusty floors and furniture, unwashed mugs left in the room. Only changed when reception staff told. Coffee supplies not replaced. The hotel needs committed, hardworking, professional staff who are well trained. The current staff are hopeless and let the beautiful hotel down.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Luneburg. The room is spacious and the bed one of the best we ever slept in! Amazing breakfast and the staff very friendly.

Just great overall.
Check in was a breeze and the guy at the desk was fantastic. He spoke perfect English (although my German is pretty good) it made the check in easier. The town is a fantastic old town. Get the breakfast, great selection!

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Check-in was pleasant, the rooms large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A beautiful location with all the sights in Lueneburg close by.

My unpleasant stay
The room was spacious and clean but the toilet roll holder was missing the sink tap was very loose the bath stool was broken and the shower spilled water out under the door and onto the floor although the beds were made every day the room wasn't cleaned very well . I'm sorry to say this hotel does not reflect a 4 star hotel and I will not be staying here again

Leider anders als erwartet. Zimmer erst mit Aufzug, dann Treppe. Kaum für ältere Menschen mit Rollator machbar. Servicepersonal sehr unaufmerksam. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Betten durchgelegen und das im 4 Sterne Hotel. Abfluss der Dusche verstopft. Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und arbeitet professionell. Die Bar am Abend und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.Perfekt! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Es war ein sehr netter Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Pool und Fitnessstudio haben wir ausprobiert und für ein bisschen Abwechslung ist das Angebot völlig in Ordnung.

Unsere Juniorsuite war schön geräumig. Sie lag nur wenige Schritte von der Innenstadt entfernt. Leider lag sie aber auch direkt an der Zugangsstraße zum Kneipenviertel. Vor allem am Samstag war es dort nachts sehr laut. Um zum Frühstück (oder zur Cocktailbar) zu gelangen, musste man das Gebäude wechseln (den Fluß überqueren). Dafür war das Frühstück aber hervorragend mit sehr großer Auswahl. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Es war sehr schön allerdings wären wir gerne im Haupthaus gewesen. Es gibt einige Nebengebäude, die natürlich auch schön sind. Das hätte man kommunizieren müssen, dann wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die kleine Minibar 2 Colas, 2 Wasser und ein Bier sind ein Begrüßungsgeschenk.) Eine Kaffeemaschine (Tabs) sowie Wasserkocher mit Tee sind im Zimmer. Das Duschbad riecht sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich was Hunde betrifft. Pool und Sauna sind leider nicht an einem Ort, das ist etwas ungünstig. Der Pool ist klein aber dafür sehr warmes Wasser und ein schöner Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut- viel Auswahl. Das Personal super freundlich. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
