Front desk was not manned at all after midnight until I left at 6 am. Toilet wax ring leaking constantly,standing water on floor. Front desk attendant not available, and much noise and partying in the parking lot all night long.

They didnt leave the light on, nor the AC.
Contrary to other reviews, this location is at least 30 mins / 25+ miles away from key locations. Other units terribly loud but I did not fear for my life nor did my car suffer any damage. Room smelled terribly of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns all over. Had to administer copious amounts of Febreeze. Pillowcases and towels had numerous stains. Exchanged for ones with fewer stains. Got a pillow from Walmart to use. Booked later and thus could not cancel reservation. Dont book your room via hotels.com unless you can inspect it prior to 630P of your first night. Our accidental reservation at the wrong location could not be changed. Cleaning service showed up once during 4 night stay. Had to ask for toilet paper as it was not provided by cleaning service. Loads of bugs as unit was on first floor and door threshold and jambs not flush. Fortunately no bed bugs. This location needs serious work. Bring sanitary items, your own towels / pillows, Febreeze, and extra toilet paper if you plan on staying.

Good off the main path hotel
Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and clean. Would probably stay here again due to its relatively closeness to NOLA.
