"Hotel had numerous amenities including a full breakfast buffet every morning which was lovely. The staff was very helpful and they also provided complimentary transfers from the train station. We had a wonderful suite with a gorgeous view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Highly recommend Villa Sassa!"

"We choose this property because it was close to the train station. It was plain and without frills or amenities but the air conditioning worked great and the rooms were cleaned. Staff said we qualified for a free city bus pass and said they would email it but never did."
