We were asked to self check in through a device at late night when we arrived. It wasn't convenient when you travel with family. Not enough parking space and I had to park outside. There was a Lady at the reception, who wasn't very helpful at night, however, later her Boss turned up who was helpful.

Proximity to train station!
Location was great- five minute walk to the train station. Room size was small, so next time I’d book two rooms. Our party of four needs the extra space.

Very nice stay.
Excellent location very close to sights and restaurants as well as to the train station for an easy day trip to Hamburg. Hotel was excellent value for money and with a management clearly proud of their property. Would certainly stay there again.

all of this was hard. and, entering the parking there is a low concrete barrier on the passenger side of the car if you turn right. not visible from the driver's side. i hit that and now am dealing with a big insurance problem with my car rental agency.

Guter Aufenthalt
Das Hotel ist ein modernes gut geführtes Kettenhotel, wo alles an seinem Platz ist und nichts fehlt, Personal ist freundlich und beim Frühstück war alles da was man bei dem Preis erwarten kann. Aufbackbrötchen waren erstaunlich gut, habe ich in deutlich gehobeneren Hotels schon viel Schlimmer erlebt. Ich empfehle das Hotel, weil man dort das tun kann wofür ein Hotel da ist und ohne Schnick Schnack. Lage ist super, fussläufig in die Innenstadt.

Die Zimmer sind alle hell und freundlich. Es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut (zum Teil regionale Produkte und sehr ausgewogen).

Sehr gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Das Hotel liegt ganz nahe des Bahnhofes und Lüneburg kann man problemlos zu Fuss erkunden. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Es war eher klein, aber es war alles da was man braucht. Die Reinigung war immer gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer frisch und vielfältig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuverlässig.
