Suite room was booked on line choosing option for for 5.
We were three adults and two children, however there were only two queen beds like the room showed for 4, the existing couch in the suite was not a convertible bed as it should be in this case.
No roll out additional beds available at arrival due to peak of bookings. This is not acceptable to allow this type of reservation and do not offer a service for a 300 dollar/ night room (high price due to peak weekend for graduations). Very bad! We could sleep adequately and we were told that in future there will be renovations and convertible couches will take place. Sorry but you should have given a discount in this case!!!!

Booked a suite to host 3 adults and two children. The sofa was not convertible in a bed, therefore it is not suitable for 5. This is not good because should be much better explained on the web, to allow to book for 5.

I enjoyed the mattress and the shower, the two most important elements for me.
The breakfast included was generous, with a couple of waffle irons for fresh-made waffles. I don’t enjoy reconstituted eggs though. I did appreciate the hot biscuits and always-available coffee which somehow never tasted burnt.
The housekeeping was not excellent but definitely adequate.
All my needs were met for a very reasonable price.

House keeper didn’t clean my room even I requested that in the morning but they changed me room to new one, over all I am happy with my stay.

Staff was amazing specifically Ruby. The room wasn't impressed with the shower showing rust around faucet. It could use another shower handle in the inner tub wall. It was slippery and the handle was on the outter wall wall.

Staff courteous and prompt definitely the highlight of property. First time for me to stay since property renamed and renovated. I personally am not a big fan of some of the renovation choices, no carpet in rooms etc.While I would not seek out this property for an extended stay, I would/will use it again for an overnight due to location .

Staff was friendly enough. The property could use some upkeep. Issues with my rooms main door, desk chair was ghetto, wonky bathroom door handle, an abundance of bird crap on the sidewalk at the stairs entrance. Breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was good! A nice variety of things to eat. There was staff cleaning and stocking while people were getting their breakfast. The room setup was nice. The floor could be a little cleaner. Parking is limited and there is a side that isn't well lit. Overall a good stay for our family.

All around good. The staff was awesome. Only thing wrong was that I got put in a adjoining room and I could hear everything they did and it kept me up.
