False advertisement the rooms were disgusting, People not living or staying at the hotel sitting outside all night being loud doing drugs, the property is not up to maintenance, I was moved from 3 different rooms because they all had some kind of problem I just feel like the pricing on the rooms are ridiculous for that type of scenery, management was not very helpful, was being rude about changing my room because they were terrible, I even tried to get a refund because they claimed they didn’t have any other rooms I spent $75 for a $45 room. NEVER coming back to LUBBOCK TX

The sheets are dirty, rooms are not cleaned. There are cockroaches everywhere. The rooms are not taken care of. Staff was nice and warned us before we stayed. They let us look at the room before but the whole area was sold out due to graduations when we were in town so we did not have any other choice.

The ruins were dirty, falling apart holes in the ceiling of closet. Bathrooms were awful curtains were dirty. Walls were dirty and stained door was dirty and stained carpet was sad. Took pictures and had to get a different room just to bear To spend one night

This place should be condemned! It looks like squatters were in the room before us. Everything is falling off the walls, mysterious stains, holes, smells, scary people in parking lot. Asked for a refund; did not want bed bugs, roaches and our gone in the morning.

Would love to share pictures with you. I tried to stay in three rooms. All of which were unsatisfactory and left me feeling very unsafe. I ended up checking out about an hour after check in. Please let me share the pictures of my room, however, they won’t be able to portray the distinct smell of cigarettes or the overwhelming presence of homeless people trying to get in my room. Thanks.

Absolutely mortifying experience. We were blocked from getting into the parking lot, assuming it was because we are in an rv we moved to road where we were surrounded by people doing drugs and obscene things.. too afraid to leave the rv to go in we called and called and called but there was no one at front desk the whole night… phone died and we were stuck there for what seemed an eternity as vagrants harassed us for parking in front of their “house” though wouldn’t move out of our way. After finally getting away and having literally no one at hotel staff get ahold of us or help us in any way we finally got phones on (police don’t care if they aren’t being ‘violent’ it’s not a priority) and reached out to Expedia to move our room stay to another location but our funds are locked in at this one and they don’t even answer for them! Still no refund, no stay anywhere else, and my children are hopefully not scarred for life from this interaction. BEWARE of this place and AVOID!

The room was extremely dirty, there were burned holes in the sheets, no pillow cases, blood stains on the box spring just to name a few. I know we get what we pay for but this by far is the worst baymobt hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

My room at this property has disgusting and unsafe. It smelled like cigarette smoke, and the fact that the smoke alarms were ripped off the wall and put in a drawn reveals someone was indeed smoking. I killed three cockroaches that tried eating my food. The bathroom linens had brown stains, the shower barely got above cool, and after 6 flushes, my solid waste still never went down the toilet. I had no blanket, just a sheet. I found a pill on the floor and there was garbage behind the beds and nightstands. The walls were damaged and stained. Outside the room by the staircase, the garbage was overflowing onto the walkway. I’ve never been so revolted by a hotel room. Thank goodness I was there for only 12 hours!

No tv. No coffee maker. NO PHONE. The drawers had Walmart bags for handles. Water went through shower curtain out on the floor and since the floor was slanted, the water ran out into the room. We were a group of 4 and there was only 1towel in the bathroom. The dead bolt lock DID NOT LOCK. This was the 2nd room we were put in. The first room had no running water I the commode because the tank was busted. Worst motel we have ever stayed in.

Broken bathroom door, no toilet paper ( asked for some and was handed a 1/2 roll), no garbage can, no shampoo, only 1 towel for double occupancy, smelled like cat urine ( had to go to Wal-Mart and get fabreeze to spray beds and room. Sanitary wipes to clean sticky surfaces, heater didn't work, no blanket on my bed, holds in walls, terribly pealed paint around door, and very poor service from the staff. 5 hours to get towels and garbage can. And to top offit all of couldn't take a damn shower because the hot water didnt work in the shower. TERRIBLE CRAP HOLE! Look for the pictures on line with a terrible review!

The room was incredibly dirty, the locking latch on the door was missing. The toilet didn't even work, as if the chain wasn't hooked up to the plunger. A roll of toilet paper was left out on the entertainment center. The lighting was dark and uninviting.

This is an older hotel, so keep that in mind when you come on the property. The staff is absolutely wonderful especially the manager. They really try to help solve your problems that come up while you’re staying there. There is a Walmart across the street for your convenience. I absolutely do not recommend dining at the Denny’s that’s in the parking lot.

This is where we stay whenever we come to Lubbock. Yes it is a lower rate hotel. However, it was still very nice. I do wish there was more choices at breakfast. The hotel staff is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was the perfect temperature.

Horrible experience
The first room we were given already had someone in it. The second room we were given was dirty, nasty pee in the toilet and the lid off with the water shut off, no handle on the door and stunk. Only highlight was the frontdesk clerk was polite and curtious.

COMPLAINT TO MANAGEMENT!!!
Room 152 was a health hazard. It was so bad that I had to check out about 10pm Sunday evening and go somewhere else. The front desk only reimbursed me $55 of the $65 I paid. I will be filing a complaint with both the health department and the Better Business Bureau in Lubbock if I am not fully reimbursed in 3 days.

The room did not have all the lights working. The remote controls (2) did not have control over the volume of the tv. I could not connect to the hotel wifi. Everywhere smells to marijuana.
