Staff was amazing and friendly. The fridge in the room was barely working and needed to be defrosted, had so much ice build-up. Room was clean. Love how the room has Dove products - soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Clean room. Had to ask for a blow dryer and breakfast area opened late. Very nice staff

There were people slamming doors on our last day, wasn't too happy about that, otherwise pretty much everything else was fine

At check in heidi was very friendly, professional and made sure i was informed about all the available amenities and later helped again with a list of local places to eat- excellent work- property was clean, fairly new and quiet

Fire alarm malfuntions, every hour, and the staff lied to us and.... no refunds just more lies to avoid refunding, thats called a scam! How could we ever come back to this dump, or any IHG after they lied to me several times!

Most everything was great, except that the USB ports by the bed didn't work. Sounds like a small thing until you need to charge your phone overnight and don't want to plug it in across the room. The phone didn't work either, so when the drunken belligerent guy in the room next door was on a rampage cussing in the hallway and slamming the door repeatedly I had to get up out of bed, to my phone plugged in across the room to call the front desk to ask them if everything was ok... Eventually the guy called down... 3 hours later. I slept terrible that night and had a big event next day.

The cleaniness is a major factor for me. Breakfast buffet was nice. As always staff, was absolutely wonderful. I was running behind checking out and they were very decent aboit it.
