Sir,Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment.We are responding to clarify things for our future guests.When you check-in, everything went very well and when you arrived in the room everything was perfect.After a while you went down to reception and showed us your jeans and told us that you had damaged them in the room, but we didn't really understand how.In the evening you came down to reception, screaming and being aggressive, we asked you to calm down but you kept telling us that you didn't want to pay for the room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, except that on our system the air conditioning was working properly.The management offered you another room but you refused and decided to stay in the same room and left the next day.Immediately after this accident you started saying that you found things in the room and we think that you did it on purpose because you didn't want to pay for your stay.We would like to make clear that in our hotel we do not tolerate people who shout at our management and who are aggressive.We make no commercial gesture to customers with behavior like yours.We also ask you to take a look at our notes and comments so that you can quickly understand that we do our best to satisfy our customers.Cordially,The manager you assaulted

Thank you for your feedback.We regret that the bar in front of us made noise until 3am, we called several times but unfortunately they did not stop.All the hotels have been disturbed by this noise and it is not normal.Concerning the room, you have booked the classic room but you should know that in the hotel there are different categories of rooms and of course they are bigger than the classic room (for example deluxe, superior or the privilege suite).We hope to welcome you again in our establishment,Best regards,Reception
