Lovely staff - Location was right on the river and it was walking distance to the grotto - we stayed in winter so most shops and restaurants in the area were closed but I can imagine it is a great place to be in summer - only complaint was that the carpet in the room Is very old and stained

Except for one lady, the language barrier was brutal... the rest of them did not speak in English which made it extremely annoying to communicate.. will never go back or refer it to anyone

It is located across the river , the view is really nice, but you need to ignore the carpet of the rooms because that needs to be replaced asap. They offer european breakfast so you can make a sándwich or have good cofee and bread, cereal. The personnel is efficient and friendly helping. It is located at a waking distance from the sanctuary. Perfect.
We stayed at this middle of September but rainy and in the 60’s outside. The room was pretty cold. Otherwise the staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was good. The location is also very good, close the the Sanctuary. I rate this hotel 3 stars with a 5 star service.

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel but the standards were equivalent to a 2 star hotel. The amenities and AC were horrendous and the quality of the room was suboptimal. We had to check out early at no compensation. I will definitely never stay there again. Our shower towel had a piece of tangled hair, the bathroom drop ceiling was water stained. The front desk would not help turn down the AC, the bench in front of the bed had exposed corners causing a tear in a pair of jeans…again front desk did not offer any assistance. As a Marriott Platinum member I was shocked with their response to the situation.

Sir,Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment.We are responding to clarify things for our future guests.When you check-in, everything went very well and when you arrived in the room everything was perfect.After a while you went down to reception and showed us your jeans and told us that you had damaged them in the room, but we didn't really understand how.In the evening you came down to reception, screaming and being aggressive, we asked you to calm down but you kept telling us that you didn't want to pay for the room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, except that on our system the air conditioning was working properly.The management offered you another room but you refused and decided to stay in the same room and left the next day.Immediately after this accident you started saying that you found things in the room and we think that you did it on purpose because you didn't want to pay for your stay.We would like to make clear that in our hotel we do not tolerate people who shout at our management and who are aggressive.We make no commercial gesture to customers with behavior like yours.We also ask you to take a look at our notes and comments so that you can quickly understand that we do our best to satisfy our customers.Cordially,The manager you assaulted
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good- the baked goods were excellent! We had 5 rooms total in our party and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Our only complaint was , we had a lot of water stains in our bathroom ceiling and the beige carpet was stained. The spa was next door to us and we could hear constant flowing of water. They said the rooms were soundproof? We would still use this hotel again. We had a lovely stay.
Upon arrival we couldnt acually locate the hotel. No signage other than vague graphic on the window. Receptionist wwas friendly and helpful re parking our car. Our room was bright & spacious. Very clean. Kitchen was also great. It had every thing we needed. Next morning the evelator was out of service which meant we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights off stairs. It looked as if the litt wasnt actually broken but switched off to allow for cleaners use. Wifi was non existent. Overall it was good value and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay despite the lift & wifi issues.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean which was a relief.
The hotel is close to the grotto and all the tourist shops and restaurant.
It’s a ream boutique gem that’s value for money. Really glad I booked this after an extensive research.
We had a wonderful stay. Free parking was in a public lot close to the hotel. It was a very close walk to the Basilica and Grotto. There was shopping and food nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay when I wander this way again.

This was very modern and clean,The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was very comfortable, the spa was lovely and the buffet breakfast had everything anyone could wish for.
I would return here in the future and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lourdes.
The location was perfect and we had a lovely view of the river, 10 out of 10, perfect stay.

The room is much smaller than in the picture. Most staff only speak French, definitely encounter language barrier in communication. The hotel is right across from one of the restaurants and bars. That bar plays very loud music until 2 to 3 am. Overall it was alright but not recommend it if you prefer a quiet place.

Lovely, lovely staff, great comfortable room. Only reservation was the leaky ceiling or air conditioning at breakfast; the hotel is lovely but in need of a bit of maintenance. No hot breakfast or sliced fruit, but the offering was ok and set us up for the day.
