It was a great place to stay. My only problem was lack of USB ports to charge phone, ipads, etc. There were none. Make sure you take a plug in.

Would’ve liked a bigger pool and there is no hot tub. There is a peloton in the gym. Think photos should show that. I would have brought my shoes. Staff were great and room was nice and clean. Loved the lobby seating and how close it was to good dining options.

I liked the staff friendliness and the room was nice. I elevator needs an update, it felt like it was about to give out.

I took my family to this hotel for the Kentucky Cheer Derby. It’s 17 minutes from the Expo Center and conveniently located. I have pretty high standards and I felt this hotel met my standards fairly well. The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, pool was open and nice, bar is great and so is the atmosphere. I felt it was a safe location with plenty of staff onsite. The only thing I would say needs improvement is their breakfast options & providing guests with the basics, such as cups, plates, forks etc. We had a microwave but nothing to actually put any food on or drinks in. I did call and ask and they were pretty unhelpful with that. But that’s the only complaint I have.

Like that the hotel is close off the highway and within walkable distances of conveniences. The only negative was that we were disappointed in the pool. We were looking forward to doing some lengths for exercise after a long drive but it was so small we didn’t end up using it.

Overall decent stay with pool disappointment
Overall it was a decent hotel. The main reasons for picking the hotel for us were the location and the indoor pool. The issue we had was the pool was closed because chemicals had been added and we have a 5 year old who was disappointed as that is the highlight of any trip for her. It seems there could have been better planning around adding chemicals to the pool so that it wasn’t closed on a Saturday night. At least it would have been nice to know before booking or upon arrival that it was closed since we booked only a few hours before arrival. I know when booking through Hotels.com quite often that we get messages from the booked hotel about issues/notices/etc. I would definitely recommend checking with hotels about things like this that are important before booking.

Was able to park almost at the front door. Check in was quick and easy. The room was lovely. But the remote to the TV didn't work. Cecile front desk quickly came to check it out. He then moved me to another room. Offered me a complimentary drink and anything I would like from the store. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed.

The stay there was fine, but it was the check-in that I had problems with. The third-party had not released the authorization and I had to wait for over an hour to try to get this completed. Finally the girl at the front desk let me go ahead and stay there so I don’t know if I’m gonna use Hotels.com again I sure don’t want to get to a hotel again in this kind of thing happened

The check in staff was quite pleasant, however the room left much to be desired - no extra blanket or pillow, (both were needed) no Wi-Fi access and the bathroom had a dried substance on the vanity. Phone attempts to reach the front desk to have the room serviced were not answered. We were in town for a single event and left and were out until late evening and left early the next morning. We opted to use our own disinfectant wipes and did a quick cleaning before we were able to rest. Courtyard by Marriot has always been our safe go to when traveling however, this experience suggests we might need to ask more questions and make tougher decisions when booking rooms.

Property was clean and well lit. Staff were professional and friendly. The room had very old carpet with multiple stains. We are not likely to stay at this hotel again.
