We got the worst room next to the air conditioner and the view of a wall of the resort next door. I asked to moved but was told they are busy and it is pretty empty. Never coming Back to this resort.

I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing.

This property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The food was good at all of the restaurants. The pools were beautiful and water was good temperature. My only compliant would be the lack of drinking water available. To buy bottled water was so expensive and they didn’t have filtered refill stations available.
