The swing shift staff was pretty friendly. She is very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Provided the essentials I need. Overall 5 stars ⭐

The hotel is located in an area where there are a lot of homeless people. We had a woman having a psychotic episode outside of our window all night long, screaming. The room itself was not clean, a big stain on the carpet as you walked in the door, the toilet did not flush properly, the hairdryer did not work. We did not feel safe and it was not a good experience at all.
