Great stay on our father/daughter road trip visiting the town he was raised in. We were greeted with wonderful fresh raspberry juice when we arrived. They even served my cousins that came to town with us For the day. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with delicious food. Some trouble with the elevators. They may be too small for this hotel. Only one was working so we waited very long to get to where we wanted to go.

Definitely best hotel in town.
We parked our car in a nice parking area for cars up to 2.30m. The nice staff welcomed us with a drink and introduced us to the hotel. The view from the top floors is amazing. And their gym is just perfect. Never saw a hotel with such a big gym. Really nice hotel! Definitely!

Great Central Location.
Good location, the hotel have a shopping mall and a casino next to it. There is a lot of nights activities around it.

Hotel stay.
English speaking people at the front desk. They try very hard to be helpful. The food at the hotel is average at best. Rooms are going down hill a little. At least they are clean.

Wifi didn't work for a day and hot water was not working in my room. They to fix it last night and it got warmer but no follow-up or resolution. Let's see if they do anything when I check out tomorrow morning.

We stopped there to spend the night on our road trip to the south of Chile. Very good option, probably the best in the area. Was a little dissapointed with the indoor pool, which lacked maintenance and cleaning

THREESOMES WELCOME!!
I made a reservation for 3 adults, but the hotel assigned me a room that had a king size bed only. I called to confirm I needed 2 beds but the hotel guy said the reservation was for a room with a king bed only. When I arrived they insisted, finally I had to pay for the extra bed an additional 50%, which I would have preferred to be charged when making my reservation. I also had to wait for the second bed to be carried to, and fixed at my room. Everything else was as expected or even better.

Surprise find
Very pleased to find this hotel in heart of Los Angeles. The staff were very helpful And spoke good English. The room was well appointed and clean, the breakfast was good and the location was great for access to shopping and restaurants. Was a little apprehensive driving into town but the hotel made for a nice surprise.

Good modern hotel but with issues
This should be rated four star as it has good rooms with full size bathtub, efficient AC, fab restaurant and great brekky plus easy safe parking BUT in the two rooms we used the room door did not shut securely, even after slamming it shut, we discovered this on returning after a couple of minutes to pick up a forgotten item. Plus the two main lifts have room card security which prevents upper floor access - however the service lift (which is available from the car park to upper floors does not! Finally to my great annoyance I was charged OVER TEN US DOLLARS FOR RECEIVING (not making) an overseas call which I queried on check out but was assured was correct. Apart from these items we enjoyed our stay and found the staff helpful, efficient and friendly

I just stayed overnight coming from Argentina to Santiago. The hotel is modern and the rooms are confortable but a bit run down, needs attention ( doors, carpet) Check out was very slow, just one person helping and there was a party of 12 chinese before me, had to wait a lot

It doesn't deserve the name "Sheraton"
Upon arrival some discussion because my name was not on their check-in list, even though the room had been booked months in advance. The reception desk refused to accept and forward 2 accordingly stamped postcards, saying that I had to go to the post office! The fridge in the room was locked (they're probably afraid that guests will steal drinks). At the restaurant I had the worst fetuccini of my life: overcooked, cut into small pieces and a worthless sauce that had hardly any taste. Poor wifi connection and PCs at the reception overprotected with passwords that only few of the staff know. The location is central. Bad price/quality ratio.

Better experience in the Tower
I posted a review for the Sheraton a couple of weeks ago complaining about the noise caused by repairs during the night. This time they upgraded me to the Tower, which is way better than the regular Sheraton. Of course I was being spoiled after the bad experience I had last time, but in any case it is good to see they considered my feedback.
