AC was needed and did not work 3 out of 5 nights. Was told maintenance would look at it each day. Very noisy. Constant doors slamming. (1 ) elevator tagged for an entrapment so not in use. Item missing from room after first day. Property condition is depreciating quickly.

This was a nice quiet property. There was a school team there during my stay and I didn’t notice them at all. Unfortunately there were stains on the bedding, hair in the shower and bathroom areas, and fecal matter in the toilet. Thankfully I only had about an 8 hour stay here.

A nice property. Convenient to the next leg of our trip. Check-in clerk made a face when I asked her to change our room upon check in. Breakfast was good but area (wet floor) and tables were not clean. Perhaps understaffed.

Very easy access to Rte 95, but far enough so that i could not hear road noise at night. Lots of good parking. Quick and easy check in. Halls, room, and breakfast area very clean. Room wall unit very quiet. Nice Mexican food restaurant with in walking distance.

I travel a lot and this Hotel was by far one of the cleanest Hotels I have ever stayed at, as I told Lisa at the front desk. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for any family or traveler; you will enjoy your stay as I did :-)

The staff here is extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. The last month has been very stressful for me. I am moving long distance so to check in and receive the customer service I did, put a smile on my face. I checked in almost 5pm on March 29th.

Hotel is modern and clean. We had to move rooms due to a broken mattress. Staff responded quickly and we very helpful. My only complaint would be why the cleaning staff had not noticed the problem while making up the room prior to our stay. No biggie.

Great location for if your catching the Amtrak train. Plenty of places to go and grab snacks and a meal on the go or sit down. Very clean. Breakfast was good something nice and hot on your stomach before you leave….
