The person I checked out with was passive aggressive because I asked for management email/contact information. I wanted to let them know we didn’t get to use the pool."
"Rooms were clean but smelled a little musty. Some bugs (spider and cockroach) in bathroom. Beds were clean and comfy. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night, but was probably more working class in the light of day."
"When we checked in the room had a leaky ceiling, the soap dispenser was ripped from the wall and the non working phone was shoved in a drawer. We complained and unfortunately there was not another room large enough to accommodate us and our 3 grandchildren and no adjoining rooms. We had to divide into 2 rooms. Again soap dispensers at sink had been ripped off the wall. Property very worn. We will not stay at this property in the future. This was not up to Hampton standards. Very disappointed in stay. Hotel did have nice breakfast with variety and clean eating area."
