"Staff was wonderful and accommodating when we had to adjust our reservation because of airline complications. We asked for a higher floor and was given a 9th floor room with a fabulous view of the Manhattan Skyline. Staff was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs."

"The hotel was right by the subway entrance. If you plan on going to Manhattan for the majority of your trips, it's only 20 minutes subway and a 2-5 min walk to the nearest entrance. Room was spacious, but kind of ?? that you could tell the ceiling was sloppily fixed from leakage. Also kind of annoying that they start you off with only two towels and a like 2 bottles of shampoo/etc despite our room having a queen king bed which obviously meant there were at least 4 people staying.... staff...

"They had roaches crawling around the walls, and they have a no smoking policy and people where smoking weed on this floor in some of the rooms. The carpet was disgusting with stains, and the sheets smell like bleach i had to spray my perfume on it. I only love the view and the bathroom. "
